Very detail oriented and professional. He is a very hard worker determined to get the job done even if he has to stay and work extra hours. A perfectionist. Listens to the customer and answers all questions. All this and his prices are very reasonable.

I was in a hard spot at my parents farm, nothing worse than a boiler dying in winter with potential for water pipes to freeze. Arrived on time for estimate, quickly assessed situation, provided a reasonable estimate that blew the competitions estimate out of the water, did quality work, and stuck to the estimate! I had a service business for 24 years and provided top quality service to our cliental, so this means a lot to me. This is the guy you want doing your repairs!

Extremely fast service! He explained everything he did, was polite and professional. Our furnace went out over night and it was fixed within 2 hours of my initial call. Highly recommend!

Called on 4th of July when A/C unit quit with a house full of guests. Dale came out within an hour of 1st contact and repaired immediately. He could have charged double due to the holiday but didn't. Highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks Dale. You rock!

Put a new heater in last year he had to repair it once already . Now it won't stay lit .promised to repair it and never showed up as promised . Won't answer the phone now and he left my 3 children in the cold. Don't recommend them to anyone

Highly don't recommend. After a month not even half done. Worked half days when he did work and many days didn't show up when he said he would. First week didn't work at all and said because our floors were being worked on ..fine. 2nd week about 20 hours, 3rd week maybe 15 hours and 4th week maybe 5 hours. Usually worked from 11 am to between 3 and 4. Told us he would be done at end of 4th week but only worked one half day that Thursday and didn't show up Friday or the following Monday. Still no way near half done. Tuesday we nicely thanked him for what he did do and said we were going to have someone else finish it. So with no notice, he ripped out the condenser A/C unit with all the wires and other stuff exposed. We had put $10k down and still have the furnace. He said the entire job would be about $15,500. No way did he put in $6K in labor. After we fired him, he never said anything about us owing him money or that he would send a bill etc .. just took the A/c in July. So now it's a civil matter. Use him at your own risk.

Dale was able to diagnose the problem with our furnace promptly for a fair price. He is an honest person and even offered to help me over the phone if I had any more problems. He figures out how to improve the system you have and doesn’t just start replacing parts that don’t need to be replaced.

I have NO Idea how someone would give this company a 1 star review. Dale was nothing but a pleasure! Its a Sunday afternoon, 92 degrees and my husband called to find out if he would know what was going on with my AC unit. My husband has some knowledge and assumed a part was the issue. Dale talked with him and confirmed that it was probably that part. He did have 1 in stock and we were able to stop out to his location and pick up the part. He did inform us that if the part was not the issue, to call him back and we would set up a time to have him take a look. He was gracious and such a saviour as he was the ONLY company in the entire area that was listed as open on a Sunday. Can not thank him enough! MY dogs appreciate him as well!

Went to look up D&D because a neighbor needs furnace help in this below zero weather and I realized I have been remiss in not leaving Dale feedback for all the work he's done for us. Great guy, very good at what he does, very reasonable on pricing - installed a new furnace for us when the old one was clearly shot and when we had a problem, got the work and parts done on warranty right away. When a snake got wrapped up in our AC compressor fan and burned it up I went to replace it myself and he gave me some parts he'd taken off of another unit and wouldn't take anything for them. He's a real find and very much appreciated.

Furnace was out, cold as heck I called them spoke to the owner he asked me a few questions and talked me through fixing it myself it took me 20 minutes and saved me 1500.00 5 stars and I was so thankful I contracted him to clean my ducks

Had a new furnace put in 3 year ago ever since was installed every winter at least 10 times it goes out I change my filter every 2 weeks never know when it will go out or when constant worry wish i would choose a different heating company

Great customer service!! Got home yesterday with the house down to 40 degrees. They were here today and all fixed.

During an extremely cold stretch this past winter, Lisowe heating responded quickly and professionally. Our furnace was repaired within hours of making the call. Very appreciative.

Our condensation pump on our furnace stopped working and was actually burning the motor. Lisowe Heating came and checked it, replaced it quickly, professionally and the price couldn't have been better anywhere else. Down to earth, honest, and efficient!
