In regards to Kara Mason's post. She was representing a customer we installed a furnace, which in turn our company had to file small claims against.

I called to buy a part for my boiler and they dropped it off at my house in a timely manner. Turned out it was the wrong part and they let me return it. I'm super grateful for the kind service!

Doesn’t answer the phone, machine says he will return calls if you leave your name and number…That needs to be updated, to the truth. He does not. I suggest something more along the lines of “Hi, you’ve reached the miserable and rude old man at K&T Heating and Cooling,…no need to leave a message b/c we just ignore them, even if your furnace is under warranty and your tenants are without heat while temps are 27 degrees at night. Call till I answer then a credit card number is required before I even schedule an appointment.” Absurd.

Came quickly and fixed our furnace the same day.

I am very pleased with my experience with K & T Heating & Cooling. My furnace stopped working so I gave them a call. From the time I called them, to the time I had heat again was a total of 39 minutes. Very friendly and professional. I will definitely do business with this company again when needed.

Wonderful people! Very responsive. I called and they were there the same day. Had to order a part. As soon as it came in they were back to replace the part.

Ryan came on a Saturday, to help with our AC. Just a great company to work with. From his dad to him always great service.

Ryan does the maintenance on our business’s ice machine and has always done a great job in a timely-manner. 10/10 recommend

They wanted to change a bunch of items for installing a new furnace including return air and overcomplicated the process for really no reason and made it seem like a big deal to install it. (Mentioned he would have to get in contact with an engineer even). I'm an electrician and I'm no dummy so I went with another reputable contractor and they got the job done with a nice 2 stage furnace thats not only a smaller unit but also more fit for the house. Return air was a simple solution of adding a vent to the main area of the house through a wall for flow. Worked wonderfully. Price was very reasonable with my other company. I won't return here or recommend them to future home buyers for the hassle. Not pleased in anyway. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one was because he was at least on time and spoke in a professional manner.

I called (1st week of October) to get an estimate for duct cleaning, which they advertise they do. And was told they are booked out until the next yr. Very disappointed, I was trying to use a local small business and got no help from them at all.

Excellent and fast service when you need it. Our AC went down a couple weeks ago and even with as busy as they are, Eric stopped by and repaired it later that day.

My AC is back up and running like new! Excellent service and learned a lot about how my unit works. Definitely will be using them when it’s time for a upgrade.

When I called Pethan's and I spoke with Theresa I thought right away that they were going to take care of my furnace situation. Start to finish they accommodated our needs, were timely, and professional. It was as if I was speaking with a family member. The tech Travis that came in and completed the work (broken fire control board) was awesome, worked quickly, explained everything and was professional. I highly recommend Pethan's for whatever your HVAC/heating-coolong needs are.

I had them remove my old furnace and install a new one, they also installed central air for me. Both jobs took them maybe 12 hours. Their prices are very cheap. I definitely recommend doing business with them.
