After 30 years we decided to upgrade our original Bryant furnace and A/C units (which were still running fine) to the new top end energy efficient models. Based on their radio advertisements and great reviews, we decided to call Ryf Heating & A/C Inc. Jeff and Nathan Ryf were our contacts and Ethan and Chris were our installers. Everyone was professional, courteous, and went out of their way to answer all of our questions. The new units are so quiet you can barely hear them running. The air flow and temperature are a huge upgrade from our old units. We could not be more pleased with our choice. We would highly recommend them.

Service was great. Came out to the house and fixed the issue. I contacted Jeff at Ryf Heating in the morning and they fit me in the schedule that afternoon. Can't ask for better service for a nonemergency call

Called Home Town on a Saturday afternoon. Furnance was acting up. Shane answered his phone quickly and arrived when he said he would. He had the parts in his truck to get the job done quickly. Would highly recommend!

Had no heat and it was 11 degrees outside. Called HomeTown Heating & Cooling talked to Shane. He was very friendly and professional. He was on a call, but said he would be to our house as soon as he was done. Within an hour he arrived solve the problem, returned to his shop to get the correct part, returned installed it and we once again had heat. I would highly recommend HomeTown Heating & Cooling. We will call them for all our heating and cooling needs in the future!

Shane is always very efficient and friendly. With an old furnace and AC, he always makes time to squeeze us into his busy day! Highly recommend him for your HVAC needs!

Shane was very professional and a pleasure to be around. As a disabled vet with PTSD, human interaction is difficult sometimes for me. Shane was very friendly and taught me a thing of two about my system. I would recommend this company any day. He came the same day I called, on Friday. Awesome work.

Shane and his crew were fantastic. They fixed and replaced our boiler system. They were honest and upfront about the work that needed to be done. They gave great homeowner advice when having to make some very expensive repair decisions. I wouldn't use any other company! Thank you!

Shane was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. His quote was far better than the bigger companies for when we needed to finish our basement. We are officially switching over to Hometown for our furnace and A/C maintenance.

Hometown Heating and Cooling went above and beyond for me! From the first call to the final check-in, their team was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was running perfectly. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and left my home comfortable and worry-free. I couldn’t ask for better service—these folks really care about their customers.

And here’s a little joke to warm things up (or cool them down 😉):

I called Shane after hours when my existing furnace failed. He was extremely helpful and professional in helping me determine how to approach the situation. He was able to juggle his schedule around in order to be out first thing in the morning the next day.

While on site I my home, he worked cleanly and efficiently, and had impeccable professionalism.

I cannot recommend Shane and Hometown Heating and Cooling highly enough. Skip the calls to some big company. Call Shane!

MCM Air was great to work with on our recent HVAC project in our new facility. They were extremely responsive in helping us set up and plan the project on the front end and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. Highly recommend!

They were able to come out the same day and fixed the overheating issue with my furnace that a company that had already came out twice wasn’t able to do. The technician that worked on my furnace was very nice and it was fixed quickly

HVAC annual inspection: What a great experience! Communication was amazing! I asked to be texted, and it happened. Mike (the technician) notified me 15 minutes prior to arriving. MCM sent me a short bio about Mike prior to his arrival, which included a picture and name so I knew exactly who to expect. Mike did a fabulous job answering my questions, and making sure to explain things to me in a way that I could understand. Now I know why MCM has a 5-star rating. Well deserved! I will use them again and again!

We were very happy with MCM Heating & Air Conditioning. We needed a new furnace and AC unit installed, and they were excellent to work with in every step of the process. The sales rep we first talked to (Pete), the installers, and the follow-up service were all top notch, not to mention the quality of the Carrier products we bought. I highly recommend MCM.

Called MCM for an annual service appointment, they were here in less than an hour! Pretty amazing considering it was one day after a blizzard. Mike was very informative and explained everything as he was performing the vast number of tests. MCM is the only company that we will ever deal with. They are the best hands down. If I could give them six stars I would.

Great service. I called and the tech was at my house within a half an hour. Tech Jon Evenson was great let me know everything he was doing I would recommend them

Shout out to Pete at MCM for remote support and troubleshooting our Carrier Infinity ICS furnace over the phone. He walked me through diagnostics and took the time to explain everything while we were troubleshooting. He even remotely checked error codes on our thermostat to help diagnose the problem. He was very patient and was honest about all of our options to either fix or replace the furnace, but never pushed us to spend money we didn't need to at the time. We got the furnace back up and running with no additional cost or service visit required due to a tripped thermal switch that was reset thanks to his advice.

I highly recommend MCM for your furnace and AC needs. They're always super helpful and willing to work with you if you're on a tight budget.

We had a problem with our air conditioner. So of course we called or favorite MCM air! We were so grateful to have out John Evenson for our service call. He’s a very friendly person and was thorough explaining what the problem was as well as the repair he was going to do. Thank you so much John! 100% job well done 👍

Great all around service.

Office rep was very nice and normal. (I had to deal with Spectrum recently so I appreciate normal.) No script, no up-selling, suggested I get my own filter.

I had them come to a new home for an annual checkup on furnace/AC.
Chris was friendly and answered all my questions - filter, water heater noises, Aprilaire water valve. Service included hosing down the AC unit which was unexpected.

Will be calling again next year.

We recently had Black Haak out to replace our AC, furnace and water heater. Everybody that came out to do the work was absolutely fantastic and professional, more than willing to answer questions or provide any information that you needed. The work was done in a very timely manner and they delivered on everything that they promised.
