Randerson Heating & Cooling, LLC is a family‑owned HVAC contractor serving residential and light commercial customers in the Fox Valley area of Wisconsin. Very professional HVAC company. From the moment I scheduled the appointment to the completion of the repair, everything went smoothly. The technician was polite, experienced, and worked carefully to make sure the system was functioning properly again. I’m very happy with the results.

Failed twice to show up or call for service appointments, when I called the office to cancel because of 2 no shows, my response was, ok, whatever. The only reason I called this company was they installed the unit in my new construction.

Fantastic service! Tom was prompt and very professional. We were without heat and he came within 1 1/2 hours of calling. Fixed our furnace and answered all our questions. Price was pretty reasonable. We will be calling Bruss Heating when we are ready for our new furnace.

I'm happy to see so many folks are satisfied with Bruss H&C. Unfortunately, I cannot add to that list. Bruss installed and provided maintenance service for my furnace. I am completely satisfied with my past experiences with Bruss. A few weeks ago I called Bruss and scheduled a maintenance furnace service appointment. The day of the service... no Bruss service person arrived. I called to find out if maybe I had the day wrong. Bruss stepped to the plate and completely owned that he had forgotten about the appointment. Okay, so it happens. No big deal. So we scheduled another appointment. And again Bruss was a no-show. I didn't call Bruss to see where the error was made because I felt it was their responsibility to contact me for an explanation. I never heard from them. No call with an explanation. No call with an apology. No call. I write this in hopes Bruss Heating and Cooling will read it and hopefully improve their service reliability so other customers do not have to wait at home and no service person shows up.

Bruss heating and cooling was very Flexible For installing air conditioning for my home that did not have it previously.

Gave me several different options For my budget And was able to provide Pertinent advice on which option would best to be in my own.

Highly recommended. Their customer service and response is wonderful, and the entire team is easy to work with. We had HVAC installed in our basement, they listened and were able to achieve what we wanted. Will definitely use in the future.

Service was fine, response time was good. I had determined I needed a new control board, which the technician replaced, along with replacing my old burners. Based on part prices online and the duration of the service, the cost was higher than I expected. I only received a grand total and summary of service so I contacted Bruss to get a receipt/invoice that broke down the parts/service and cost. He agreed but after multiple calls and messages, I was ignored. I could have continued to call but I ultimately gave up as my intent was to determine if I'd use Bruss in the future based on how I was charged. The lack of price transparency and customer service after the appointment is enough for me to make that decision. I like using smaller, local businesses but in this case, I was disappointed.

Our furnace, unfortunately, decided to stop working early Wednesday morning. When I called, they were able to come out within a couple of hours and quickly let us know that it needed to be replaced.

They got us on the schedule for the very next day and replaced both our furnace and air conditioner. The service was excellent—they cleaned up after themselves and offered several helpful recommendations, like moving the air conditioner to the other side of the house where it wouldn’t be directly exposed. That’s something I never would’ve thought of, but I’m so glad they did.

I can’t say enough good things about them—thanks again!

Realized our AC wasn't working last night. Called Bruss first thing this morning. They initially said they could come this afternoon, which is reasonable. I mentioned that my son has a track meet. An hour later Max said he was on the way. He diagnosed the issue, went back to the shop for parts and had the unit working before 11am! And, instead of upselling to a new unit, he fixed what we have for a fraction of the cost. Similarly, when I asked about a new furnace last fall, they said what I have still works. They want the customer to get the most use possible from their current units. Thanks to Bruss for fast, reliable and honest service at a very reasonable cost!

Our AC had stopped working abruptly. We called Ed on a Saturday morning and he was to our house in under and hour and got it up and running and gave us some great advice and insight into our AC unit.

Highly recommend. They arrived on time. Our initial issue they addressed but never charged us. We had a very old furnace and decided to replace. They offered us options but didn't push or try to up-sell. Lead time from others was at least 3 weeks. We had an install within 1-1/2 weeks with Thompsons. Very professional and friendly reasonably priced and clean up was top notch. Would have never known they were here.

Woke up to no heat in the house. 2 of my friends immediately recommended him and I quickly understand why! Very quick in showing up and quick repair. Made sure we had heat while he was getting the proper part. Came back today to switch out the part. So reasonable and a great guy! Highly recommend!

Ed and son Bennett were great to work with. They were very friendly with great work ethic. They were very professional, on time, answered all my questions. Ed responses to phone calls the same day. Great pricing. I would highly recommend Thompson heating and cooling.

Ed has been helping my parents with their furnace issues. He's patient, knowledgeable, and respectful. He has treated my parents with so much care and I am incredibly happy that there is someone in the business who is as kind as Ed. I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Just a stand up guy and really wonderful to work with.

Awesome people. I called around to no less then 6 other places, including the bigger places like Oshkosh Heating and Air, no one answered, and a few would just pick up to hang up. Thompson picked up on the first ring, and were very helpful and informative. Had the parts on hand and at a very reasonable price(lower then ANYWHERE else I seen, except for an Amazon junk part). 110% recommend.

Ed has helped me several times with my furnace and has always treated my issues with urgency and professionalism. He is great at informing the customer of the issue, potential causes, and what to try if something happens again.

You won't find anyone better. Thompson Heating and Cooling Services is the best around. Ed and his team are always efficient, reliable, thorough, and well equipped to handle problems as they arise (with the furnace and air conditioner) and to install new units; our family has utilized his services for all of the above and has never been disappointed. I recommend him to everyone I come across in need.. he is wonderful, (and priced very fairly.)

AC was down for over 3 days. Another company came out and quoted over $1300 in labor to repair. Matt was able to come out same day, identify the problem, do a quick repair on the unit and it's working as it should. Extremely professional and friendly. Would recommend!

My wife and I had our dream house built and our contracter used Van Handel for the HVAC work.
We had a couple of issues that seem typical with new construction and their customer service and response was great! We experienced same day and next day service.
I highly recommend this company.

Their techs arrived on time to maintain our AC unit. They did a great job and were very reasonably priced.
On another occasion, my furnace condensate pump failed on a Sunday. It wasn't a difficult job, so I wanted to replace it myself. A tech met me at their shop and sold me an in-stock perfect replacement, charged me a reasonable price, and gave me a couple suggestions on the install!
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
