Pete and Annette are fantastic people to deal with. I have never had a bad experience and trust me, I've been pestering them for years! I've had odds and ends service and even a new furnace installed. Top quality work. Good folks.

Absolutely terrible called in October for a bid on a project, took over a week to get them to come out. Over two weeks passed before we were told they would not bid the job. Just terrible business ethics and communication.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Jeff was accommodating from the start of our call to the end of his service. He explained everything in detail and let me know ahead of time how much everything would cost.

I called him off hours and he still showed up in less than 60 minutes. And all his work took him less than 30 minutes. He fixed our AC unit and now my family can relax inside! I'll be using Jeff and his team for any of our HVAC needs. Thank you again for all your hard work and service.

Jeff and his team are outstanding! They are professional, courteous, and stand behind their work. Their pricing is highly competitive. I recently had my house remodeled, and Jeff and his crew did an excellent job, handling all the changes (some last-minute) with professionalism and efficiency. I would not hesitate to call them again! BTW, I had a number of contractors work on my house over the last few years, and Jeff's team really stand out the for the quality of their work and courtesy they displayed throughout.

I can't recommend Broadway Heating and Cooling enough. Jeff and his team are honest and trustworthy contractors/business operators who look out for their customers' interests to find the best solution for the project. Jeff has done a full system removal and replacement at my property and was punctual and thorough. His work is top notch and his pricing is excellent. If you have HVAC needs, give Jeff a call, he won't let you down.

My furnace went out suddenly. I called Jeff from Broadway HVAC. He was out the next morning. Jeff spent the time to figure out what the issue was and fixed it. I had 3 other HVAC companies out and each one advised a brand new unit. Jeff is trustworthy, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I’m referring all I know to Broadway HVAC. This is a 10 star company!

The best and speediest service... wish I had called sooner. My furnace stopped working in my mobile home about 10-15 mins north of the wi border... jeff came and fixed it within an hour! he got it working. Very professional, great bussiness, just what I wanted and could not recommend more! Thank you again!!!

Jeff was great! Very professional, very kind, very trustworthy. We had other quotes to replace our HVAC system and Jeff was honest about what we needed to go with and got us a better price than our other quotes. We also have 3 small dogs in the house and he was very nice to them too! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing HVAC services.

Jeff the owner is Honest and dependable and treats you like he’s a really god next door neighbor. When doing business with him it is like a good old country movie where you don’t feel like he is going to try to squeeze every last dollar from you. He gets the job done. Wish I would have known about Broadway sooner! Same day service and Jeff knows his stuff! Very reasonable and transparent. This call was for a repair but we plan to hire him for a few other planned installs in the near future.

I had a no heat call and they never called me back. Even if they don't do after hours calls they could've called Monday to see if they could help in any way. I'm going to want a new furnace and ductwork, but I guess they don't want my business.

Not a fan. He was here 15 minutes, had his helper check the CO2 OUTSIDE where the exhaust is, said it's too high when it's normal, said we need a whole new furnace when we had a second opinion say it needs a new valve and cleaning. Only wanted cash and charged an insane amount for coming for 15 minutes and lying to us. Not to mention he unhooked a ton of stuff inside the furnace that needed hooked back up by a friend of ours. The state will be here to replace what needs replaced and we will be reporting this man to the BBB.

Russ took the time to guide me in the right direction as I'm having issues with an electric boiler. I greatly appreciate it!

Mike with L & C Heating and Cooling is currently at my home on an emergency call to replace my on-demand water heater. Great company to do business with. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and hard-working!

L & C Heating, specifically Mike, was extremely great to work with. He responded quickly, was obviously experienced & knowledgeable, and honest. He also took the time to explain to me what he was looking at and how the boiler should be working. He restored my trust after being recently burned by a different company. I’ll definitely be calling L & C Heating again for any future repairs or maintenance on my boiler.

Our neighbor/friend went to check the internet in our cabin after power outage since we were unable to be there. He discovered the furnace wasn’t working. I called L & C. It was Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend. Figured I’d have to leave message. Mike answered while DEER HUNTING! He said it was getting dark & he’d be over shortly. He was able to coordinate with our friend (also a customer) & they went to the cabin. Mike quickly took care of the issue & heat was restored. Can’t tell you what a relief that was! We’ve been clients for a long time & will continue to be.They’re so easy to deal with in the Northwoods where it’s so difficult to get service people to come out. I’d give them more than 5 stars, if possible.

02/2026-We had a new furnace installed. Positive experience from start to finish, Mike was informative when reviewing options, Lucas was courteous and professional during install, which went quickly and smoothly. We felt pricing was fair for the higher end furnace we had installed.
