Sales wasnt pushy or trying to sell something i didn't need. Then on install day they showed up 10 minutes early and got right to work! The installers were polite and explained the system. More than happy with the service and highly recommended!

They came out for an issue i had with my boiler. Same day service. Issue was resolved very quickly. Very professional. This is the third company ive had to my home in the last year for issues with my boiler and from now on they will be the only one i call. Very satisfied. Highly recommend!

18 months ago we contracted with Van Handel to install a Carrier Infinity Series furnace along with an air conditioner/heat pump and controller. Later we installed a whole-house dehumidifier system for the basement. We are very pleased with the entire system. It maintains an even temperature throughout the house. We have used the heat pump to quickly and efficiently provide heat depending on the time of year. The A/C can be run in dehumidify mode, if desired, without cooling the air when cooling is not needed.
Van Handel has provided consistently excellent service and expertise. Matt has been great to work with. I highly recommend them.

We had Van Handel Heating & Cooling come out today to perform annual maintenance on our AC unit. Excellent service and really nice people. Also, got the maintenance plan. Will continue to use them for our HVAC needs.

The technician showed up on time, was polite, intelligent, and repaired the furnace for a fair price.
I will be a return customer and will recommend them to my friends.

Richard was great - followed request to a T. Took longer than desired to have appt scheduled.

Richard came out,went under the house,was very thorough in his explanation on what needed to be done..sent Lucas out at 930 to the house.he did a very good job,under the house fixing pipes,putting in a new pressure tank.and finding another leak,( bad valve) that wasn't on the original order and fixing that!!. These guys go above and beyond, to get you taken care of.highly recommend! Great job,thank you.

Good work completed on duct modification to handle drainage change for steam humidifier addition. The ‘estimate’ was incomplete and deceptive. Disclosed that price would rise if unexpected hours or materials became required. Verbal disclosure that 8 labor hours were included in price. After timely completion of work with less than 60% of those hours, I was told that the estimate was a now quote which I had accepted and was obligated to pay in full. Followup/edit!!!!!!!! Immediate courteous fake response promising to investigate and respond/remediate. No response forthcoming. Appears to be just window dressing response to a negative Google review. Feels like further abuse. Avoid Werner!

I had an emergency plumbing problem and Werner fit me in their busy schedule. Since this issue, Warner came out to fix two plumbing problems and hook a gas line to generator. The service men were professional, polite, did the work in a timely manner. Very satisfied with work.

Our service was great! He was very patient addressed all of my problems. He went over and above in explaining my iron problems. He complements your company.

I am so pleased with the work! They moved the AC to a non-gable side of the house after the last ice storm smashed my replacement (it lasted 2 summers). It should have been moved back then, but I was not offered that possibility by the previous installer. I think they just didn’t want to run the line from the furnace on the opposite end of the house. Werner had no issue with moving it! and Aliza worked her crew very quickly and professionally. I am impressed with the outcome. I will be calling Werner again, to fix a previous toilet install done wrong (by another plumber). Thanks Werner.

Service technician ?Robert was incredible. Had to ride on back of 4-wheeler to get to our flooded house to fix igniter several times Great person. Great attitude. So helpful. Took pictures of him and his service dedication. Employee of month for sure!!

Jason is awesome, he is very professional and responsive. He has helped me trouble shoot via text over a weekend with an old on its last leg furnace until he could get there. He has had me send pics of parts of furnace and picked up part needed before coming so he could fix faster.
He was very helpful with helping me get a new furnace best suited for my house and great warranty on it and priced reasonably with all going on in the world today! Installed within a day of ordering it! I just ordered new central air from him and he was here in 2 days and installed! I highly recommend Jason and his crew!!

If you ever need heating or cooling repairs, I highly recommend A&BE. They are incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful. When I contacted them to explain my situation, they arrived within 20 minutes and saved me thousands of dollars compared to another company that had quoted me nearly $50,000. Their service was outstanding, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC assistance.

I couldn't agree more with a previous post "Above & Beyond Expectations" is the name and experience. Edgar and his assistant were absolutely awesome from estimate to clean-up after install. They answer your questions and concerns as well as walk you through usage and care for your heating and cooling equipment. They were very diligent to keep your home safe and clean throughout the process. Hands-down, the best HVAC experience I've dealt with.

Just replaced my A/C unit and furnace at the same time with A&BE. They were fantastic, professional and got the job done quickly and cleanly. Jason and Edgar were personable and approachable and loved up on are dog every chance they got.

My furnace was fritzing out late at night, talking with Jason I was able to limp the furnace along over the cold night. Jason came out the next day looked things over thoroughly and found that indeed my 20yr old furnace wanted to retire. I ordered a new furnace with Jason after going over many options and what works best for my house. He was there the next day had it all installed and looking amazing. Hands down the people to call!

From the beginning, Jason picked up the phone and answered my call! From there he helped me diagnose and understand the issue quickly and got my heat back quickly. I feel like I not only learned more about my furnace, but was also feeling warm again! Double win for a Friday! Thank you, Jason!

60 day warranty was nice. When Edgar came out a second time to look at my furnace, he said the elements weren't working and he needed to do homework since he wasn't familiar with electric furnaces. He said it's an old furnace and they don't sell the parts anymore so the whole unit would need to be replaced. Since then, I hadn't heard from him. I had no heat in the middle of winter. I got a second opinion and good thing I did. They repaired the part no problem. I did let Edgar know I went elsewhere so he didn't need to continue to look into it. He said he had no memory of the visit. If you have an electric furnace, I'd recommend you look elsewhere.

Jason is one amazing guy! His Communication, trustworthiness, and promptness are top notch, goes above and beyond. Highly recommend. Definitely knows his stuff and knows how to troubleshoot.
