I have used L&C Heating for years. Mike is always dependable, he is a pleasure to work with, and he does a great job. He takes a personal interest in your problem and will work hard to solve it quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend L&C.

Professional! Knowledgeable! Reliable! and so very merciful and understanding! The owner, Mike, promptly returned my call after my boiler suddenly stopped working this fall. He swung by between jobs to see if he could fix it quickly (no luck). The next week he had an estimate ready and lots of options, after lots of explaining, and a very open mind to different replacement avenues, I contracted with L&C. When the replacement boiler arrived.... alas, it was possibly damaged inside the panel from shipping when he started to install it, and he didn't want to take any chances. No freak outs (I have witnessed some techs lose it over the littlest stuff) and not even a swear word, no suggestions to just cross our fingers either, just a simple, "well, darn, the best thing to do is send this one back...," rescheduling, and plenty of updates as I waited for the new one. I never had to call and remind, never had to ask for clarifications, and never had to even ask for mercy not having a functioning boiler in freezing October. Because he and his team were very booked, they couldn't just fit me in, so he came over on a Saturday, early early morning because he had to attend a wedding in the afternoon (I am not even kidding, how nice and hard working is that!), to install the replacement Navien unit. I had a couple other heating companies give me an estimate, but their estimates included lower quality units and were one thousand dollars more! I don't think this company was cheap, and in fact it was a whole lot of money, but when I saw how much the other companies were, and researched the units they quoted, I got a helluva deal! My new boiler is warranty for 15 years, fully! has one of hte best reputations, and can only be ordered by plumbing/heating contractors, not some big-box supply house (like Me-nar-ds) or low-quality stuff from wholesale houses. I definitely recommend these guys as a whole, but I mostly worked with the owner, who sort of reminded me of talking to my dad and asking for advice, that sort of vibe, like a very honest conversation about quality parts, how things work these days, and what I can do to take care of things the best way. Good hearted owner and trustworthy interactions, with the overall experience as highly knowledgeable professional.

Mike arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, performed the HVAC repair with professionalism and explained everything clearly. I felt confident in their expertise and would recommend them for any heating and cooling solutions. A shout out to Lakeshore Heating!! On a hot summer day when everyone else needed COLD, we needed HOT, to get a pool heater working. Jody and crew showed up and took the time to get our got the pool heater working, when it didn't want to. Thanks again!!

Book to have our finances converted from LP to natural gas. Appointment was confirmed about what was to be done. Then when the installer came he said he didn't have time to do it. Wow....that what we made the Appointment for...but thats okay thanks to Ultimate Air in Luxemburg they did a great job.

Jodi and his crew did a great installation and made sure I knew the system before they wrapped up. Needed to make a service call on the weekend and Lakeshore was prompt in lining up their services to address the issue.

They called and set an appointment to clean the furnace and check things out so our warranty stays in effect. Kory checked everything and even got us a new box of filters and cleaned up the old ones. Very efficient and helpful.

Jody and the team at Lakeshore heating and cooling did an amazing job! The HVAC contractor that we used for years stopped offering service. I was delighted that Lakeshore heating and cooling was willing to help us out on a break down of our furnace. They came highly recommended, and they didn't disappoint. Kory came to my house on a Sunday to fix an issue with my boiler. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and explained everything he was doing in a way I could understand! Very reasonable prices! Would and WILL recommend him for any heating needs!

These guys are great! Quality workmanship, personable technicians, fair price, on time and efficient! They did my hot water heater, installed my fireplace and today replaced my central air unit. I would not go anywhere else. No hidden charges, you pay what they quote you. Great job everytime!

Awesome service! Our furnace went out on a Saturday afternoon and on the coldest day of the year on top of that. The repair technician was friendly and knowledgeable too. He was able to get out to our house an hour earlier than they initially told us they could get out here which was great! Was able to figure out the problem put quickly and was even able to replace the bad part right way. The price was fair as well considering they had to come out on a weekend and after hours.

I had Sunshine replace my 40 year old oil/wood fired boiler with a high efficiency LP boiler. They did a fantastic job all the way from quoting through getting the job finished. They are all very well versed in the equipment that they sell and install. They were able to answer all of my questions up front and were very easy to communicate with throughout the install. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and they showed up when they said they would. They also make the piping look very tidy and neat as well as leave a very clean worksite. There's more good things to say, but I think I got the point across.

Incredibly disappointing they came out a couple years ago to service our furnace and then gave us an estimate to relocate it from the crawl space. We couldn’t justify the cost to relocate it when the furnace has been in the crawl space for 40+ years and just replaced a new unit by adding a/c. we set up an appointment today and had it set and an hour before they called and said they actually couldn’t come we are on the do not service list bc our furnace is in the 3ft lit crawl space.

3 years ago I made a decision to replace my whole heating system and add central air. Sunshine came in with a fair price and a quality units to install. The salesmen explained the needs of my house, what was to be done and what I could expect.
The work they did exceeded my expectations, was done fast and very well in my opinion. The equipment they installed was all first quality. Craftsmanship of their work was also first rate. everything they installed was working and problem free.
If I ever need major replacement or work done... I'm calling these guys first.

The guys did an amazing job installing a full A/C system from scratch! Everything was cleaner than before they started, and they went over the top by replacing some furnace parts for no extra cost. I recommend these guys to anyone needing hvac service, top notch service!

10/31/19 my furnace died, Sunshine charged $167.69 to stop by and confirm it was the inducer motor. Quote of $766.65 plus tax to repair.
I found the part at Rons Refrigeration the next day and installed myself in 20 minutes. Part was $403.11.
That's a $363.54 charge for labor to install.
Did I mention Sunshine installed the furnace and was still under a 10 year parts warranty till 2/7/21?

Our family stayed warm thanks to Dave! Our furnace stopped working later at night. Dave came out after a very long days work & brought 3 heaters with him, which we ended up needing. The part had to be purchased in the am. His coworker Dan showed up as soon as he could in the am and installed the part, & got it running. Great teamwork. Both were very kind, picked up, caring and very knowledgeable. Thank you for being there for us!
