We had Randerson install a mini-split unit in our home. We had a great experience with them from start to finish. We were given an accurate quote with clear information and expectations. The men who did the install were honestly some of the cleanest people we've ever had work in our home. We had one small issue with a unit after install and they were out quickly, identified the problem, and resolved it. We are very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone looking for heating & cooling companies.

Furnace inducer motor failed this morning. Could not find the part local and it would have been 2 days before I could get one. Called around trying to find someone to fix it today and was recommended to them by another company. Office lady was very nice and helpful getting me scheduled today yet. The tech arrived before noon and promptly fixed the issue. Down to earth tech, gave me straight answers to other questions relating the system. Great experience all around and the furnace is quiet and back to normal operation.

They were willing to price match the quote we had from another local competitor and the install was fast and both our furnace and Ac look great. Can’t say how the ac is currently working as it’s winter but the furnace is working wonderfully! And the cookies you get were fantastic!

The technician arrive on time completed the work and also caught another issue I don’t know my furnace had. In and out quick and fair price. Would definitely recommend!

We hired Kramer heating and air to run a gas line to our outdoor fire pit. They were respectful of our property, on time, and excellent communicators for the entire project. It was a pleasure to work with a family run business who truly cares for their customers. Their pricing was very reasonable! We trust them and wouldn’t hesitate to hire John and their team for any needs in the future

John and his team did an amazing job. Relocated condenser, installed new units (both furnace and AC) in a single day. Work was clean and efficient. I had noticed that one of the line sets was sticking out and mentioned it to the crew. They adjusted it without any complaints. Great work and would use again.

Our air conditioner went out on the hottest day of the summer. We had someone over the same day to do some maintenance on it to get us through the season. It went out a few weeks later for good and, again, we had same day service and a new system by end of day. Nick did an excellent job, cleaned up any mess, and we were very happy with the great work.

Very responsive to any calls that I might have. Very happy with my new Rheem furnace that was installed on a very cold day in January. A smart thermostat was a plus. I’ve been a customer for 16+ years and wouldn’t call anyone else.

Kramer had installed our AC system in our new build and contacted them for expanding our system for a basement remodel. John was great with communication and special shoutout to Luke when John went on vacation following up when he said he would. 4 separate technicians were at our house and all were great and cleaned up after they were done. I’ve since recommended Kramer to family/friends and the great service continues. If you are in the market for a full replacement or a smaller remodel job call and ask for John (or Luke if he’s on vacation… P.S. give Luke a raise!!)

Their customer service is by far the best and the workmanship is done on a timely manner. The entire team is easy to work with. We had the heating and cooling systems installed at our new home and a humidifier. Maintenance/tune up done over the years to keep it all running efficiently. Highly recommended.

Michael arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He determined it was the thermostat. He replaced the thermostat and I am happy and warm again.

My husband & I purchased a mini split mounted unit for both cooling & heating the room the garage from Blount. This office space is heated & cooled separately from the rest of the house. The heat this summer has proved that we made the right decision to buy this unit. It not only cools the room, but it helps cool the entire second floor. Tanner, the installer, was polite, efficient and patient in explaining how the unit worked. He even took his shoes off! The office staff was very friendly. It was an overall very positive experience.

I'm falling in to a rabbit hole of a project regarding my roof and Patrick just spent some quality time on the phone with me answering questions that didn't relate to services Blount offers. I appreciate his time and kindness in educating me a bit more on what I'm getting myself into.

For years one of my air conditioners ran and ran and never shut off. We had several service calls to repair it from a different company, but was always told everything was working, even though it didn't cool. With nothing to lose we called a young man out of Pound WI, BAKER HEATING & COOLING. Wow, in a short time he diagnosed the problem, gave us options, and made the repairs necessary.
