They came out immediately when we woke up cold and had us totally fixed up by mid morning. What could have been a nightmare in a freezing cold stretch was taken care of so quickly and efficiently. Greg even had us text a few hours later to confirm all was working as it should. Could not ask for better service, they were here in half an hour and knew exactly what to do. Absolutely recommend.

Very disappointed in how everything ended up. I called them on Christmas Eve when my heat stopped working. They came over and was working on the furnace for 30 minutes. They got it to run and left. It stopped working again an hour later and they came back with a part for my furnace and replaced the part and left again. Again after they left my furnace stopped working. I was not about to call them back for a third time because I was not about to waste more time and money. So my Husband fixed it when he got home from work by cleaning off the fire sensor with sand paper!!!! And it worked!!! Then I got a wonderful bill for over $800 for a bunch of NOTHING!!!!! And on the bill they said they cleaned the sensor. That right there made me loose my mind!!!

Highly recommend these guys! Alex came out as soon as he could and investigated what was going wrong with our furnace. He wasn’t sure if he could get a part the day of but was certain he could later in the week. Alex ended up finding the part needed and came back out the same day and got us back up and running! Great service.

Fixed a boiler connection to house a few things that were no to code on our workshop natural gas boiler. Excellent to work with and always responsive unlike the GB players who might need your business at the time or might just have enough and not call back🧐. Support your local businesses. These guys are awesome.

Recently moved to the area and our furnace went out overnight. I called and they had a tech out within a few hours and solved our issues and got it running better than it was before. If your having issues with an oil furnace this is the place to call!

Furnace went out on Jan. 1st and on the 2nd. Knope was here and installed a new Carrier Infinity 59MN7 furnace. Great service people, very friendly. Two techs came and installed the furnace and they did an excellent job. I thank them for it! Had the furnace up and running in about 5 hours. Great furnace, quiet and really heats up this old house quickly. Have been using Knope for many years and always have been very satisfied with their services. They even brought over 4 portable heaters on New Years day to help heat the house! Great place!

Knope does us well! They look out for the customer’s interests and well-being. Jay has worked there forever, knows the business and is always MORE than fair, treating the customer as if it were he that had the need.

As well, Carrier furnaces have served us excellently well the past 30+ years.

Currently renovating our lake home near the county park. Knope was easy to work with, very professional. Call backs were done in a timely manner. I would recommend Knope HVAC to anyone.

I left two messages at the front desk to get an estimate on a new furnace and air conditioner. I’m sure they were probably busy but at least they could’ve called me back and tell me that or set up a later estimate time. Week and a half later never got a call back. I was really hoping to use this company but now I can’t trust they would show up for repairs!

One of their drivers nearly ran me off the road. I called the office, spoke to a guy said he would get back to me. The reply I received was that “ I must have been in his blind spot”. Not sure how that can happen when he was passing me up on the left then turning right at the last minute to make an exit.

Tech came out on said heating system working after he opened a valve. It did not work and immediately shut down after tech left. (And the valve was not to be open per the system spec). I was then told to get a new boiler and they would install. Reese said it could be installed in about 3 weeks. I called every 10 days for a status update and was told I needed to be patient. It is now over 3 months and no contact. I am beyond disappointed. I found someone else to install the part after waiting 2 months(It only took about 1 hour to complete). However, I am out the $158 service call that accomplished nothing! Lousy customer service.

Brian & Pat took their time explaining the different options we had for new furnace & A/C. They fit us in immediately. Nolan and Westin worked efficiently and were very pleasant and knowledgeable.

My furnace was running, but not blowing heat. I called & Brian was at my house within an hour. He had the part needed & my heat was fixed within 45 min! Diedrick Heating & Cooling very professional & kind.

Diedricks installed our new furnace and we are completely satisfied with not only the quality of their products but their fast and friendly customer service. They now offer (and we subscribe to) their annual maintenance program payment system. No need to worry about a writing a check or dropping off a payment; they take care of it automatically in monthly installments throughout the year so there isn’t any worry. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Brian and his team of technicians and installers always do an excellent job. I always feel comfortable with them coming to my home to work on my heater and air conditioner. They have been very flexible when I had some projects going and I needed them to come out to disconnect/reconnect equipment and needed advice. I have been a happy customer of theirs since I bought my house at the end of 2019!

We called them, because the temperature in the house got down to 50 degrees. Well, the furnace quit. The gentleman came out. Got the furnace going. He was honest and told me he really couldn't tell me why it quit. If it happens again give us a call. Well, it happened later that evening. My son came over and checked it out. He gave them a call. My son got it going. Well it wound up being the thermostat. Only one service charge for him coming out twice. And when I got the bill in the mail. Well, I was not expecting it to be such a reasonable price. My son was happy with it too. He knows who to call if needed.

Through a different company, I was quoted over $1200 for a part replacement on our furnace. Brian and Weston came out and were able to replace that part and another for almost half the price! Very honest and trustworthy people. I know who I’ll be sticking with for the future.
