Fantastic experience!! From our awesome sales rep, Anthony, who came for the sales appointment, to the two best install techs we could have gotten, Jon and Jerry, our experience was amazing. These guys had to refabricate some metal ducting for the furnace and was done well. They were super friendly and cleaned up well after the install was done. The original furnace that was to be installed was too big for our home. (Our fault for not having attic access to see the size of heating ducts) they had it all installed and tested the furnace, found it ran too hot and said we would have problems this winter. Anthony showed up in a very short time to go over options.He recommended a different one that would work perfect. 2nd install date went just as well as the first. We wanted Jon and Jerry back as well because of our experience with them the first time, awesome guys!! We recommend The Good Guys! Great business and great people working for them. Give them a call, you won't be dissapointed.

I love that they don’t try to upsell you on things you don't need. They just show up on time, fix the problem for a fair price, and get out of your hair. It’s such a relief to find a local Appleton crew that you can actually trust.

Dilan was great! Excellent, efficient tune-up work. He talked me through my own maintenance product needs and tasks, since I’d just bought this home. Easygoing but obviously experienced at his work. I feel I can trust him and the Good Guys. Their price was reasonable too. Will definitely have them back for annual tune-ups. Grateful to have them on my team!

I recently purchased a new construction home in Neenah. This new home came with many amenities, except a garage heater. Contacting Steve, he quickly responded to my address and gave me a quote on what I needed for a good size garage. Within days the installers Andy and Bill arrived and took me through the installation process and began working. Within hours they had the system installed and ready to go. Both guys were very knowledgeable and were a master of their craft. I enjoyed the entire process, with everyone being very nice and engaging. I would most certainly recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade or install their listed services.

Furnace went down Friday before opening day of deer season. called around on the following Monday - Good Guys were the only co. (I checked 3-4) in the area that would help me out. Had a new Heat Exchanger put in by Jeremiah - friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I required a different plate cover that retails for approx. $300.00. Manager (owner?) Jeff Guys did a no-cost for the plate - very nice!! 10 days later my furnace went out again - Good guys send someone over same day (loose wire..) service rep. charged a reasonable $42.00. Later that day Jeff called me back and said he would delete the charge and call it a "return service visit" . Very, very nice. Obviously a well run co. for which management is involved. I would highly recomend Good Guys and moving forward they are the only co. I will call for heating and cooling needs!!

Rick and Nick were fantastic! Got the AC unit problem solved and fixed quickly! Which was impressive since the AC unit is like a dang dinosaur! Appreciate the fast response too! Will definitely have MSMHC back when we need HVAC stuff in the future! Thanks!!

We had Modern come out and check our furnace that was not working. The next day, they came out to give us an estimate on our outdated system. They were on-time, professional, and walked us through the process. We agreed on a new system, and 5 days later they showed up on time and replaced the system in a couple of hours. They educated us on how to run it, left the area cleaner than they found it, and even checked in the next day to make sure we happy. As well they sent a great care package the nest week thanking us. I would highly recommend using them in the future, they were professional and we were content with the price.

Brad was great - timely, efficient. He told me about a couple of things to watch, but didn’t try to sell me repairs I don’t need at this time. Happy that Brad was a dog person because my my dog is a people-loving dog and difficult to keep away from people without a lot of noise.

I called on a Friday afternoon thinking I just needed a quick fix, possibly a new battery in the thermostat. The technician came over within 10 minutes. Unfortunately it turned out to be wires that needed replacing and he was over for about 2 hours. So happy he was available and stayed until it was fixed. Central air conditioner working great!

Chad actually replaced the furnace and air conditioner at my first house and now I used him again for a service at my new house and every time I knew within five minutes of talking to him that he was going to be able to fix the problem at a fair price. Since this is the third time I've had a positive experience with him I figured I would share.
