Joe Van put in my first geothermal system in 1999 when the technology was still new and we were all learning much about it. The system worked flawlessly for over ten years until a few minor mechanical parts finally started to wear out. In October of 2013 Joe and Tom did a major upgrade on my system including moving the unit to a new location, modifying duct work, etc. Once again I was impressed with their work, dedication and insistence on doing a A+ job. They are both true craftsmen, willing to listen to the customer and realistic about job timing and completion. They sell a great product, install it properly and follow up on a regular basis. Kudos gentlemen.

Repair technician did a great job! Furnace is running. Cost seems excessive for one hours work. Of course I realize that he had to drive to get here! I'm an old man and not up-to-date on repair costs. He did what he was called to do and I appreciate that.

I needed a heater replaced and call for bids. They are very helpful also giving me suggestions on another issue I was having. Their bid came in at the best price and they were very professional. They were on time worked and had everything done beautifully.

We had an emergency in the dead of winter, and they were there the next day! They were honest, and gave us options. We also went with them for a new AC unit! Highly recommend!

They were great to work with! They were flexible with scheduling for a furnace tune up. No attempt to upsell anything and they said that our home's original furnace is in great working condition. They also were very transparent on cost of replacement furnaces in the event we would need one.

My experience was great! I had both furnace and AC replaced and the technicians always arrived on time, were very informative/knowledgeable, and were particular about cleaning up after themselves. I’ve had great service on the phone as well. No issues with any equipment!

Our furnace went out on a Sunday and the service Technician was there in less than an hour . We had our brand new furnace installed on that next Tuesday. Todd gave us great Customer Support and the installers were awesome and very friendly did a great job. !!!!!!!! I would highly recommend them

Furnace replacement went great! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that no one tried to sell me the most expensive unit available. I got honest feedback about what type of unit would work best for my home.

Randerson installed the ac unit on 9/21. It did not run till April of 2022, It did run all of 2022. It stopped, would not start on the first week of July of 2023. Randerson came to the site about July 11. Took off a panel on the ac unit and a wire had completely fallen off. Just fell off the connection. This thing ran a total of may be 6months. Of course the warranty against shoddy workmanship ran out sometime in the winter. So today I paid the bill for the 2 min repair job, but randerson heating and cooling will never see another job from me.

Randerson H&C has helped me with a few HVAC issues including a brand new furnace. Always punctual and helpful. Good honest business. They are willing to work with their customers to keep them happy.

We had issues w/our furnace (11/2023) that the gas heat would not go on some times. I called Randerson Heating and Cooling and they came out same day. Of course the furnace worked when they turned it on. He talked to my husband about options of replacing a part or replacing the unit. My husband and I discussed it and decided to get a new furnace. Our home is 21-22 years old and knew we were on borrowed time. They told us to call if we needed heat over the weekend until they get the unit and they would come back to give us heaters, etc if needed to keep the house warm. We didn't need to as we have a fireplace that would work. The other thing they talked about was if we wanted to replace the A/C as they had to do some duct work and if we were going to get a new A/C more duct work would be needed when they replace it. So, they wanted to know if we wanted to do that right away or wait (but it would save $$ if they did it now while they were in the midst of the job). We decided yes and they came back within the next week to get it all done (waiting until spring to replace the A/C). Terry is the girl that answers the phone, billing, and schedules. She was so helpful and said that there was a limit on how much you could put on your charge card w/out a surcharge (I was over), but if I were to make it in payments it would be the same amount and I could pay for it that way and use my charge card (I get points and it would be sustantial savings). I think they are extremely professional and still small enough to make you feel like welcomed family member. I would definitely recommend them.

Air conditioner wasn't running effectively, so we called to have a tech come look at it. After identifying the issue, he alerted us that he could help it run this year, but it wouldn't last a very long time beyond that.
Fast forward to winter, and we shopped around for a new furnace (22 years old) and air conditioner. After comparison, we decided to go with Randerson.
Nick and his staff were very informative, not pushy and worked with us to get a system that will do the job without overkill. He offered options on the system that we could add, but wasn't hard selling to get us upgrades. Both were installed when promised, and we are living in comfort.
If you are in need of either service or opinions, I wouldn't hesitate to give Randerson Heating and Cooling a call.

We definitely recommend Randerson Heating Cooling! Tyler keeps our boiler and AC running great. The service is prompt and the price always seems fair! After I paid my invoice I received a hand written “thank you for your business” card, we were very taken back by that gesture, gone are the days where a business actually shows appreciation for your patronage!

My furnace went out Friday afternoon. I got home from work at 4:03 and it was 64 degrees in the house. By the time my son and I took the panels off of the furnace to try and troubleshoot, it was about 5:30. Everyone had closed. There were some 24 hour places listed but some of them did not answer their phones. After calling around, no one either had the part, would sell me the part, or would tell me if they even had the part. I called Randerson around 7:00 on a Friday night. A man answered and I asked him if he happened to have an inducer motor that he would sell me. I gave him the model number I needed and I could hear him looking through boxes. After a few minutes he said he did have one and would sell it to me. He waited for me to show up and I was 30 minutes away. He sat in his van WAITING FOR ME! I showed up and received the correct part and was able to go home and restore heat to my house in 30 minutes. Randerson, if this gentleman is an indication of the service all of your employees give, your business is truly a CLASS ACT!
