Was able to come to my home the same day I called to get our furnace fix. Had to leave to get a part but communicated all he was doing and came back when he said he would be come back. Highly recommend for all your heating and cooling needs.

Imagine this. You have a baby, 1 year old, it's November.. You wake up at 4am to a freezing cold house, your heater fan blowing non stop but the house isn't getting any warmer. You change the batteries on the thermostat, press all the buttons, go into the basement and stare at the furnace practically willing it to heat the house. Nothing. So worried at this point that your baby is upstairs freezing you cover them in blankets and just pray they finish sleeping while you figure this out. You called the first HVAC place on Google, but at 4am nobody answers, so you call the second one you see, again no answer but you leave a message. Finally, the third number I find, a lovely lady picks up. She is sympathetic and kind. She does let me know that emergency services are a bit more pricey. I'll do whatever I need to so my baby can keep sleeping. About 30 minutes later, I have a kind older gentleman at my home checking out the furnace. I sat in my basement along with him and quizzed him about all the things we can do to prevent this again as a first time homeowner, and he answered all my questions. He even talked us through how to change out our thermostat to a programmable one. It was about 2 hours to change out a piece and get it all up and running again, before my baby even wakes up. The house is warm and my baby hasn't even stirred. This was my first experience with Montour-Engle. Our second was just last week to have our AC serviced. Both great experiences with no regrets. They've made a faithful customer! At 4am when no one answers, they answer, and they do the job well! ❤️

Our furnace quit overnight and we called next morning. They were here within 3-4 hours and determined the circuit board was burnt out. Left and was able to find a replacement and installed. Great customer service and will definitely recommend!

I’m a new customer to Montoure & Engle.
I decided to give them a call about my AC after my usual provider, never kept their appointment with me.
I had a service tech named Josh, who made time in his busy day to come and service my AC unit which was not working properly he. squeezed me in at the end of the day. I really appreciated that because my house is running in the 80s for the last three days and I was not digging it! He was very thorough, incredibly polite, very respectful of my property and sweet to my little dog! He not only fixed my problem he left a lasting impression. I will definitely be back to Montoure & Engle for my future needs. I recommend them as a service provider and if you’re fortunate enough to get Josh, you’ll definitely appreciate the quality and consideration you get from their technicians!

Just wanted to share that we had a wonderful experience with Montour-Engel company, purchasing both a furnace and air conditioner for our cottage. Their Lennox product is great, and the pricing is reasonable. The technicians who did the install were super guys! They were prompt, very friendly, considerate of locations of thermostat and vents, and cleaned up daily! Would highly recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs!

Over as many years I've called them twice to fix problems with my older A/C unit. Both times were during peak A/C season and I was expecting to wait for days to get service.

I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to show up within hours of my call. Both times the problem was fixed quickly and for a fair price. The persons they sent were courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Montour-Engel!

I had a furnace emergency in winter and they were able to come out the same day. The worker was very friendly and professional, and I felt the pricing was fair.

If we could give them more than a 5 star review, we totally would! Not only did they respond to our emergency middle of the night (2am) call on the weekend, but they were to our house in less than an hour of calling. Even though our furnace was not fixable, they provided us with space heaters and reassured us they would get us a new furnace as soon as they could. Not even 24 hours later we got a phone call that they had one and would be over at 8am Monday morning. Great customer service, Great response time, Even better people!

My furnace went out at 2am. I called at 8 an Mitch was at my door at 8:45. I needed a new furnace. The estimate was quick and fair and they were able to install the next day. Both techs, Daryl and I'm sorry I didn't catch the other's name, were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I will never go anywhere else. God bless you all including Debbie and Glenn in the office for treating me so kindly and helping me get heat back in my home quickly.

Ray and his colleague came right on time and explained to me how they could clean our air ducts. They worked as a team and were very thorough. They also cleaned up after they were done.Would definitely recommend them.

My dryer vent problem was quickly resolved by the service team. They were extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable! They quickly identified the vent issue and explained the solution and repairs required. They charged a fair and reasonable price and finished the job in an hour! They were very neat and clean when they cleaned the vents in my attic.... I couldn't have asked for a more professional and competent team to finish my project!!!! Had a bit of an heating emergency this morning (-20 degree day) with water spraying everywhere, Greg answered and came right away. He fixed up everything that was wrong with our boiler system including little leaks and a gauge so he could make sure everything was done properly. Very nice guy, reasonable price, and timely service. Thank you so much Greg!

We smelled a gas leak and they were out so fast. He detected a leak in basement and did a quick fix for us. We are gonna use them next year for new furnace and AC unit. Thank you so much for the fast arrival and quick fix!

Found a bad leak in hot water line. Called and Adam was out within half an hour and completely fixed the plumbing and way betterbthan originally done. Extremely professional and have used them for every plumbing issue ever.

Greg & the boys helped out on a mobile home move, he found out about the necessary hookups and did them very completely and professionally! I'd recommend Van Asten plumbing and heating/cooling to anyone! Great guys great, great service, job well done 👍
