I have had Black Haak out to my home for multiple different services and I've been so happy with them every time. They are able to get me scheduled fast and the people are so nice and really know what they're doing. The prices are very fair, also. I will absolutely continue using their services!

Mario did a great job in my home working on several different plumbing issues, one of which could have been very messy. But when he was finished there was no mess and the problems were all resolved. He was professional, thorough, very pleasant and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me what the issue was and what the best solution would be. The pricing was very clear before he started to work.

Black Haak began in this very house I now live where Floyd Blackie once lived. His work shop was our garage.
I still have Black Haak serive my heating. They are a little bit more expensive, however, their work is very good, and warrantied. I prefer to avoid problems calling someone after hours spending more money because the job was not correct.
Ive had some wiring too and I was pleased with that work as well.

Black Haak came and inspected our boiler found the heat exchanger cracked and since our boiler was 35 years old and although we could try to repair it, It probably wouldn’t last very long. They.gave us estimate for two different kinds, when we decided on what we wanted, it took only about two weeks and they were here and installing our new boiler. They were fast efficient and friendly. I highly recommend block Black Haak Heating.

Black-Haak is 10/10 recommended for any HVAC services. Our furnace went out when it was 20degrees out and they gave us a quote and came out next morning to install it. They did a great job with the install and everyone was very kind and explained things very well. Plus they threw in a free sump pump alarm & smart plug! Overall great experience and will be recommending to everyone we know.

Installation of new Bryant furnace today was done professionally, the area completely cleaned and Cross did a thorough explanation of thermostat and system.

Arrived on time and worked hard even thru the rain. My favorite part of my new central air conditioner is the fan is so quiet you don't even know it's running. Thank you service tech for adjusting the fan!!!

Hoffman Heating & Cooling were very efficient on coming out to our house when our furnace quit. Dave was able to get it working but we decided to get a bid on a new furnace, air conditioner and water heater due to being 25 years old. Larry stopped out to look things over and the next day he already had a bid for us. Our new Furnace and Water Heater were installed this week and we were very impressed with the installers (Cross & Caleb) The installation was done in a timely matter and Cross was very knowledgeable when we asked questions. They also cleaned everything up when they finished the installation. Thank you Dave, Larry, Cross and Caleb for making this experience a good one!!!

Waste of time even tho they have the part to get me out of heat wave they won’t sell it to me want me to pay someone else another crazy markup and wait for them to be able to come to my house (got quote of two days to just look at it or extra $150 for rush which doesn’t mean now just faster than 2 days) to put in a part that has two wires to it like people are helpless and don’t understand basic mechanics, you are the problem with American businesses and why Amazon is winning I have the part coming from them faster than I can get a local serviceman to my house just to look at it.

Great guys to work with. Thank you! They installed a new A/c in my home 2 years ago. This year replaced the furnace and A/C at my business, and all of the thermostats. And then installed a new 3 ton mini duct system in the shop area. All of it is staying comfortable on the hottest days thanks to them!
