I had alex on oct. 10th 2024 who was a very respectable guy my ducts that were cleaned were very dirty and it took him most of the day doing it by himself and it turned out great. Great prices, my ducts look great and he was very informative and friendly i say give that man a raise

Don’t like giving such a low rating to a local business but want others to be aware. Misdiagnosed a furnace issue and told me I needed a new furnace. Installed a new furnace which didn’t work. Then told me I needed a new EIM board which costs about $100. Now using another company to finish the job. When they sent me an invoice it was $1,000 over what they had quoted me for the new furnace install completed which they never did. Looks like a wrong diagnosis and up charging me for questioning things when it didn’t make any sense.

Lake Country Heating and Cooling were very punctual, fixed the problem with our furnace, were very neat and clean with the work they did, and were reasonably priced. This is not our first time using this company. They have put in a new air conditioning system in our home. I highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.

Lake Country has serviced my HVAC since 2010. They provide the semi-annual service on my A/C and Heating and have alerted me to small problems before they become large costly issues. The techs they send out are always very courteous.

I have recommended Lake Country to neighbors and friends. The technicians are well trained, knowledgeable and friendly.. They respond quickly to my calls for service and I have never had a problem with their service or products. Their prices are very competitive. I like their discount club option which gives me good value on twice yearly service for furnace and air conditioner.

Lake Country Heating and Cooling came to my rescue December of 2022 when my geo thermal system stopped working. I was without heat and water. We explored different options and in the end, changed my house to conventional heating and cooling. Thankfully the team was able to install my units quickly and get everything back on track. The owner went out of his way to stay in contact with me. He made a stressful situation go as smooth as possible. I am beyond grateful. I even recommended this company to a friend who also had a good experience.

Cole serviced my air conditioning unit on 6/7/24 and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Lake Country is always honest. They don't try to sell you anything that you don't need. Been going with them for years. Highly recommend.

I made an appointment and received service within a couple days for maintenance. Great service. I messaged on a holiday not expecting a response until next work day. Tim responded immediately that day. His service was professional and thorough.

Tim and his co-worker were friendly and professional. They did a great job replacing the old furnace and installing the new one. It took way less time then I thought it would. Mr. Pendleton offered up a close in appointment, came out on time. Diagnosed the problem in short order and got the parts right away. I've been super happy with the repair!

Our AC unit just went out during the first heat of the season. We hired Tim (owner of Victory Heating & Cooling) to replace our unit. He was very professional, explained everything prior to the install as well as during the installation and after. He was exceptionally detail oriented and even cleaned up after himself. My husband and I couldn't believe how quickly he was able to install our unit, all by himself too! It only took 3 hours, which was very much appreciated since we were out of AC for over a day and have a one year old at home. Our neighbors had the same unit installed by another company. They had two men working the entire day to install the same unit. We are so grateful for Tim and his exception installation service! I highly recommend him to all my family and friends in the area! Tim was awesome!!! Very cool and friendly. Was able to repair my ac the same day that I called and for half what I expected to pay. Definitely recommend his services.

Update: Used his service again and was just as happy as the first time. Prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable! Reasonably priced and quick service.

Victory Heating and Cooling was very prompt with addressing our air conditioner needs. The service person did an analysis on our current unit and gave us some options for moving forward. He sent us an estimate with two options for a new unit and answered questions we had concerning the existing older unit and the new units. Installation was prompt and completed shortly after we accepted the new unit estimate. They made use of our present pipes that led to our furnace unit in the house.

Would like to thank Tri County Heating for installing our garage furnace today thanks to Larry Tim and the crew of Jeff Elliott and Tyler they did a great job Thanks again.

The person who stopped over out of know where from tri county heating without giving me a notice no one home, told them where the key is was there for 10 minutes charged me $138 for not finding anything wrong even though I told him we’re my furnace was leaking, next guy comes out and knows what is the problem in 2 seconds what a joke they are… and then I get ahold of him and Tim the owner said no one is perfect..
