I've used Conner Heating & Air for many projects over a number of years and have always been please with the work and price. Great folks who do a great job! I will keep using them.

After looking and calling every AC repair shop in town, these guys were able to get me the motor capacitor I had been looking for. Casey went above and beyond to meet up with me for the part. Would highly recommend.

Highly highly recommend! My ac went out & they were able to come fix it within a few hours & for much less than Reliable Heating & the other competition. The tech was knowledgeable & had parts in his work van. He explained what was going on & how he can take care of it pretty quickly. He also gave advice on ac maintenance to help extend the life of your ac unit.

I had Chattanooga Heating & Air Conditioning replace three air handlers and three condensing units and related services at my brownstone in Manhattan. I found them online from their excellent reviews. They were extremely responsive, professional, knowledgeable, flexible and even creative in getting the project done. I’m entirely satisfied and I highly recommend this company for work on central air conditioning systems in NYC!

Aaron and his crew installed an HVAC improperly, causing thousands of $$ in damage. I called to have them warranty the work and Aaron, the owner, hung up on me. Things were not done up to code and the handler was installed unleveled with no drain and so it drains into the exterior wall. This man and his company is not honest and should not be trusted.

I wanted to share a great experience I had recently with Lee Company. I originally called them because I thought I had a thermostat issue, but they discovered something unexpected—an owner’s manual had been left inside the unit, blocking air circulation and causing it to overheat. They also checked the second unit upstairs and found another owner’s manual stuck there as well!

On top of that, they identified a slight gas leak caused by a loose fitting and fixed it right away. Their maintenance program is excellent—just $12 per unit per month (or you can pay annually), which includes routine checkups and inspections.

I highly recommend Lee Company for their thorough, professional, and friendly service!

Lee company did a great job for a fare price. I had a clog drain that we had tried to fix ourselves but coukd not. I read all their reviews which is why I called them and I am happy I called them. Thank you Lee company for the great service.

Garage door would jerk when opening and sometimes would only open a few inches and stop. Technician found door seal was sticky, door spring was not adjusted properly and opener drive chain was loose. He also lubricated the door rollers and adjusted the door safety mechanism.

Professional. Friendly. They did a great job on plumbing and ceiling repair.

We have had nothing but AMAZING service from all sides of Lee company! From the phone calls to visits from Caleb- financing Eric - electrician Jason HVAC and William- Plumbing so far and they have all given us outstanding services very knowledgeable, polite, kind, honest and never pushy about anything truthfully I am so happy we chose Lee company to have a membership with so worth it! 10/10 recommend if you are looking for QUALITY

We have had service from Lee Company in the past which has been OK but not outstanding. However, our last service (on Feb 25,2025) was absolutely amazing. I believe the technician was Keith and he diagnosed our issue, fixed it and was extremely patient and knowledgeable helping us old and electronically challenged people. I had thought about using another company as we will be needing a new compressor shortly, but Keith's incredible service convinced me that we should stay with Lee Company. We were super impressed, very grateful, and now we are warm!

Brian was instrumental in rectifying a miscommunication and was very professional and helpful. Nick did a great job on the panel install and new outlet install in the crawl space. Really found both these guys to be very service oriented honest and ethical. I highly recommend Lee Company for any of your maintenance needs they really care about getting it done right.

William Bolton with Lee company is one of the kindest people we’ve ever met! He fixed our leak for super cheap and was incredibly seeet and helpful to our family. We’d recommend him one hundred times over! Thank you, William!

Nick & Conner were great in replacing a ceiling light junction box and installing the new LED ceiling light. They were very friendly and professional. Would recommend Lee Company for any work that someone would need. Also, any future electrical work, I will request Nick and Conner to be the ones that would come back. Thank you for the excellent service.

Cost was excessive, for a 15 min repair
But thankful they got to me same day.

Mr. Sneed was on time and performed HVAC inspection as planned. The unit was found in good working order. Text messages with photos were sent so that I could participate visually which I appreciated. One screen was found to have unsightly debris where the air returned into my house. The screen was cleaned by Mr. Sneed and an ultraviolet lamp was installed to prevent any future growth.

Prompt response and professional service. Dave has been our service tech on multiple occasions, is always pleasant to work with and completes service.

As always, anytime I have used Lee Company they have always been very professional and knowledgeable solving the problems for which I have called them!!! I would recommend Lee Company to anyone that asks me who they should call. And I have many times👍🏼

I could not have asked for a better experience with Jason & his partner (wish I could remember his name but I'm old). They worked extensively on 3 of my AC units and repaired 2 and got 1 up and running. They are the way customer service should be modeled across the board. Totally the opposite of my terrible customer service experience with American Air.

I had serious problems with my sewer line. Lee Company was responsive, courteous, and found the problem in a timely fashion. The repairs were carried out quickly and they even followed up to make sure everything was working properly. They have continued to work with me to improve plumbing issues in my historic home. The project manager and his team could not have been better--respectful, kind, and informative.
