Came back out after each part arrived separately and installed them the same day. You can't beat fast, friendly and dependable service especially when it is getting down into single digit temperatures. I signed up for their yearly maintenance program.

We called United Water Heating Repair, they had a time slot for the next day, and 24 hours later we had a new heater installed. He sailed through the replacement as if he had already done it hundreds of times, which we gather he indeed had. So it's also a plus that United Water Heating Repair only does water heaters, and they are really really good at it.
