Technician came out to do our annual maintenance and did a fantastic job. He showed up early (about 15 minutes before scheduled window provided by scheduler) which was a pleasant surprise. Most contractors that come out for appointments are hilariously late…I was very thankful for the promptness. Technician was very knowledgeable, listened to concerns and addressed each one, check out some additional items I had concerns with, did a great job with the annual maintenance, and communicated start to finish very well. Very happy with the experience start to finish. 👍

Update: had our unit go out today came home and contacted the team. Holly was super polite and friendly and they sent out their technician Danial who was also just super friendly. It was like they were grateful to have me as a customer and I was grateful to have them helping me. I could not recommend them more.

We were so impressed with Nikki and her vast knowledge of what seemed like every question we had and more. They took great care of us, were quicker than we expected and the new fireplace setup looks/feels fantastic. Thanks Nikki and team!

Holly was great at getting us appt quickly and working with us since we were having to handle everything from the hospital.Paul, the technician gave us a detailed invoice of the issues with units. And a replacement cost for one was reasonable. I love that they can email invoices. I’ve used this company several times and never been disappointed in their service.

Paul was wonderful to work with he was very knowledgeable and informative. Would highly recommend and we look forward to using them for all our future hvac needs.

Paul did a great job figuring out that our problem was not our furnace but a circuit breaker. He was very patient and polite taking time to explain the problem to me and then to my 82 year old husband that has memory issues. We will not hesitate to call for your service if needed in the future. Thank you!

Neal's came out after hours on Saturday with temperatures in the teens and got my heat pump up and running.I am not easily impressed but I was impressed Neal's service and expertise.

The repair man that came out was very kind and ask questions about my system. He took a lot of time and did a maintenance check on the system. I do appreciate him being thorough I’m checking the whole system and making sure it worked properly before leaving.

Paul is an excellent HVAC tech. He took extra time to fully document his checks with photos of our systems and explained them to us very clearly. We feel very comfortable that we are ready for winter and our HVAC is in good hands with Neal’s Heating and Air Conditioning.

Our heating went out… we called Neal’s and Paul our technician, came to our house in a jiffy, diagnosed the problem… ordered the part… and with the quick response from Holly who scheduled Paul to return and fix our heating system! I've been using Neal's for a few years now and they are super responsive. Our heat went out during a cold snap and I was sure they wouldn't be able to get anyone out that day, but not only did they have a tech there within a couple of hours, they fixed the issue quickly and cheaply. Everyone I've dealt with there has been awesome. I'm glad they're right down the road!

Very disappointed... upon opening the crawl space door you could feel warm air blowing into the crawl space yet 2 men spent 10 or 15 minutes under the house and couldn't find a single leak. I just had the crawl space insulated and they found and repaired 1 large hole and 10 other joint leaks. $103 wasted... we expect better after a $16k hvac investment!!!

We had three 20+ year old AC units that were at high risk of breaking down for good, and instead of patching them up again, Neal’s gave us honest advice and a fair quote to replace all three. Their team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and treated our home with care and respect. The new units are running perfectly — quieter, warmer/cooler, and way more energy-efficient than our old ones. It’s clear Neal’s Heating & Air takes real pride in their workmanship and customer service. I couldn’t ask for a smoother experience or better results. Service was very prompt and completely thorough. Hunter, our technician, was very friendly and professional and knew what he was doing. Completely satisfied with his service. Highly recommend we will be using them again.

The service tech was very professional. He didn't rush thru anything and he trouble shot for the symptoms that the unit showing. He had some suggestions to consider and some recommendations that we should do to get better performance out of the unit.

I had my gas fireplace updated with a new firebox, liner and gas logs with a remote for easy starting. Arrived on time, finished work quickly and explained everything to me. Joe and Daniel were very professional, cleaned up after and answered all my questions. I feel better knowing I have someone to call now for yearly maintenance.

My technician was knowledgeable, kind, and answered all my questions. He quickly and professionally diagnosed my problem and was pretty thorough in making sure our fireplace was working corrextly and efficiently. We will be using Neal's again for sure.
