I was very pleased with my experience with Neil heating and air. They came out very quickly, assess the problem, went to extra trouble to get the part for me right away, and came back out to repair my heating system. I will use this company in the future because I was so very pleased. I can recommend Neil heating and air to other potential customers.

Paul, the technician, was just as great. He was straight up, honest, and transparent about the quote and the work that needed to be done. No upselling, no pressure — just solid, honest service. Service guy was great! Nice and polite. Notified me before he arrived, showed up on time, got to work, let me know when he was done and what he fixed. (The service was free for me since it was under warranty). So no complaints all around.
