He took the extra time to educate me during every step of the inspection. He also addressed each of my concerns and answered all of my questions. First time fireplace owner. Chimney Solutions serviced my new home in Georgia after I purchased late last year. Due to the time, we were in peak season/early winter so prices were understandably at their highest for cleanings and inspection. The service provided was great and the price was reasonable for my two chimneys. The professional on site was clean and prepared the area for any fallout or dust before diving in. They also discussed the seasonal price changes and educated me on care and maintenance for future seasons. I plan to work with Chimney Solutions to prepare my chimneys for next season, as well as discuss some repairs. Overall, I was pleased with the level of professionalism and services provided, and I look forward to working with them again.

We had a chimney leak appear and Christian and crew showed up quickly to inspect, repair and completely fix our leak, as well as cut custom caps for our house.

I've been using Chimney Solutions for about 10 years now to do my annual inspection and cleaning. Chimney Solutions has also done some restoration work on both my chimney and fireplace. The quality of the work they performed is excellent and the price was competitive.

Chimney Solutions totally updated my seriously outdated and unusable wood burning fireplace/heatilator, converting it to a beautiful electric fireplace. Everyone from Chimney Solutions was polite and professional. The work they did, and there was a lot to do, was top notch. I especially thank Greg, John, and Camryn. Not only were they extraordinary craftsmen, they were kind and respectful of me, my animals and my property. I love my new fireplace

I am extremely impressed with these folks. From the initial inspection to the completion of the work necessary for our fireplace and chimney, and flue cleaning. The communication throughout the entire process was exemplary, everyone that I interacted with was very professional, and the pricing was very fair for the high quality work that was completed. I highly recommend them for all of your fireplace repair and cleaning needs. Truly a first class and trustworthy operation.

I now realize why this industry has a reputation for over-selling. I received a $30,000 quote to repair both of my chimneys, and a $4,000 quote to convert to gas instead. I had another company come out to give a second opinion (the owner is a firefighter and very knowledgeable on codes and safety), and he told me that 99% of the quote I received from Chimney Solutions wasn’t at all needed. He said both chimneys were perfectly safe and the little bit of mortar wear could be replaced by an $8 product from Ace Hardware. The technician was friendly, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1, but I honestly feel like the whole thing was just a sales pitch for the gas converter. I’m glad I trusted my intuition and got a second opinion. I will never recommend this company to anyone, unfortunately.
