I just called the chimney doctor and they were so nice and helpful. Talked me through my situation, offers solutions I could try on my own. And if that don’t work offered and inspection at a price more competitive than there competition. This was one of those experiences especially in today’s economy that was just very great and I felt obligated to leave a review because they delivered such an incredible customer experience. I had the great experience of an installation of a new Aluminum Liner with a new Aluminum Cap and new ductwork by the CHIMNEY DOCTOR. It was just what the Doctor had ordered. Amazing craftmenship at a very reasonable price.

Techs did a thorough inspection from top to bottom, including getting into the attic to check the middle. Excellent service.

Technician messed up the venting hose. Some had to be cut off, and then it was too short to go back on with the clamp. They permanently taped it. Now I will have to replace my venting hose at my expense. Very amateur job!

Great service but scheduling did not sent tech with all of the equipment needed. Asked for fireplace chimney and Dryer vent cleaning. Only was able to clean chimney
