When we needed to have our dryer vent cleared, the technicians arrived on time, inspected the situation, and performed the clean out of the vent in no time at all. The two technicians, Joseph and Chad, were very polite and professional and arrived at the time scheduled. They were careful while cleaning our fireplace and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. They even painted our fireplace grate! Several items were detected that need attention, and they gave us the estimates for the repairs. We have another appointment scheduled to address the repairs. They communicate very well via text messages and phone calls. We would recommend them.

Such a nice, knowledgeable team! The techs have great personalities and took time to visit as well as explain what they were doing and answer questions. They pointed out some repairs that will need to be done, gave estimates, and reassured us that they could take care of them when we are ready.

I contacted Eastern Duct Cleaning in Altamonte Springs, FL because my child kept waking up congested. The ducts had dust and pollen buildup that needed attention. They performed deep cleaning, sanitization, and mold treatment in problem areas. They also suggested UV light installation for long term protection. My child is sleeping better now.

had the air ducts and the dryer vent done same visit. the amount of lint that came out of the dryer line was kinda gross ngl, been in the house 6 years and never had it cleaned. dryer runs way better now, one cycle does the job instead of two. ducts looked rough on the before pics he showed me and clean after. he covered the floors near every vent so nothing got tracked around. solid work for what i paid, glad i did both

This is our second experience with A-1 Safety Chimney Service. A-1 repaired our fireplace last fall and we had them back to repair our chimney cap this week. This company is local and very professional, on time, and informative to questions. Suggested recommendation for a small issue. I would definitely use them again.
