Promt, courteous, lacked a vacuum attachment to clean narrow, deep areas.
Timely and cleaned up after themselves well. Trip charge from their location to our house, about 32 miles, 40 minutes drive was unfair, $160.00.

I cannot recommend West Texas Chimney enough! I got a reminder of the appointment the day before, the day of I got a text with the photo of the technician who would be doing the work, and a text when he was on his way as well as a thank you text when the job was completed. The guys laid out drop cloths and were very efficient in getting my chimney cleaned and inspected. Afterward, they cleaned up and repainted my stronghold and went over the report with me. As a nice touch, they left a thank you and a small gift. Wow! Great service and I will definitely be having them back out next year.

The service was great, friendly, and professional. Living in Borger they would schedule you when they had more customers from Borger before doing my fireplace., which was completed in January.

The 2 gentlemen was very nice and informative about my fireplace doors.gave me options on how to replace it with the right one.I would definitely recommend that you use them.oh I bought the wrong type of door from Lowe’s.

Chad & crew arrived on time as advertised and wasted no time getting to work. They inspected our fireplace and cleaned the chimney and firebox quickly and efficiently. The guys from West Texas Chimney did a great job repairing a lintel gap in my fireplace. They were polite and worked quickly to get the job done for a fair price. They also, cleaned the area afterwards. I will be using them again in the future.

Joseph and his partner (I do not remember his name) arrived early and were completely professional, friendly, courteous and competent! They did a lot of work for the price including the dryer vent. Could not be happier with the results.

The guys showed up on time and went to work, did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company for all your chimney work As always this group of people is the best, Chad showed up to re do our fire box. The mortar was gone and some of the bricks were not the best. Called to see if he could come early and he got here and went straight to work, said it wasn’t as bad as the other guys thought and went straight to work. This is an excellent business and the guys are the best.

Scheduling an appointment was easy. Chad cleaned our fireplace and converted it from gas logs back to wood-burning. He ensured the area remained tidy by placing protective cloth on the bricks and floor. We're also looking forward to having a new door installed very soon!

Shout out to West Texas Chimney! As per usual they were amazing. I don’t just mean at cleaning our chimney, but assessing and fixing problem areas as well. Not only are the men especially kind and respectful, they explain everything well. Beyond all this, they are extremely neat; laying down tarps, vacuuming, etc. You’d almost never know they were in your house dealing with soot and ash! Another added bonus is their pricing; not only is it reasonable, but well worth paying for the service you get. We highly recommend West Texas Chimney and will continue to support their business!
