Arrived 30 minutes late for our scheduled appointment and was here a total of 15 minutes.....this included taking brushes and vacuum out of truck. Within five minutes he wanted to do more than I was scheduled for.
Would not even recommend this company if they were giving chimney sweeps for free.

This company is great..We had our pellet stove cleaned professionally by same guy from different company for years but when he got done he said there was either bees nest or birds in chimney so we need it cleaned.I called Mike and he actually answered phone [ how rare is that nowadays] and set appt up right away..His worker came out and it was full of ash,soot so apparently guy that has cleaned our stove for yrs NEVER checked or made effort to do properly now we know why we were getting poor draft last winter..Work was done fast and great job and HALF of price of ANY company around..They will be company we will have clean our pellet stove and chimney from now on and price I paid from this other company was same if I had Mike do pellet stove PLUS cleaning chimney.I would give 10 stars if I could. I will highly recommend to friends,family ..Thanks Mike and crew! Excellent company !!!!!!!!!!

The absolute WORST service ever, I requested the fire box walls be cleaned. The kid vacuumed the walls and that was it. I wanted the soot removed, I thought they would use some type of cleaner and wash the area, wrong. I can wipe the walls and the soot is still there. Waste of time and money I would have given -10 stars if I could.

My chimney turned out to be one of there most difficult jobs they saw in years. Drew was there everyday working from sun up to sun down to get the work done. Amazing service, fast turn around, and quality work. If your looking for a good contracting experience with a expert works look no further.

Never showed for appt. and didn't call. The person that answered the phone and scheduled clearly didn't know what she was doing and seemed confused when I asked questions. Will never use them again after doing so in the past for inspections. Go elsewhere.

To Mike and Drew the crew guy.. I actually recently moved into a new small house with a chimney in the Worcester area in July. I called mike cause they been consulted in the property before.. anyway, Mike did a great inspection and told me what it needed to get the fireplace going. They actually were able to accommodate my house in few days after the first consultation and Drew came in and did the work that needed to be done. They also showed me to start and do a fire for first time. ( never had or lived in place w chimney so they took the time to show me). The price was not bad for what he did and Drew did it all by himself (OMG). He worked well very professional , explained things to me as I am not a fire expert by any means nor a fireplace one either. I feel comfortable in having them come in and servicing the chimney, cleaning it and absolutely would highly recommended this crew and Mike and Drew to anyone that is looking.. please look no further. Thank you Mike and Drew. Much! 😊

Quick response to our call. We had an odd concern and they came out gave options and looked at all aspects of what could be causing our situation. Offered some ideas to try before just throwing a repair with a big price tag at it. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with even the simplest things.
