Kiwi crew was great to work with, from the initial inspection, estimate and coordinating the repair appointment with the office. Hardworking, personable, and thorough. They replaced the damaged crown, cleaned the outside brick of the chimney, waterproofed everything and installed a Flue Cap. Great work, Kiwi!

From start to finish Kiwi was a class act. Scheduling at the recommendation of my mother, the team at Kiwi knew just who my parents were and knew that they’re loyal customers, and went ahead and gave my wife and I the same treatment mom spoke of. We had an annual (bi annually) for some people cleaning and maintenance at a better than fair price. The chimney sweep was a kind, knowledgeable and equally helpful woman who treated my pregnant wife the way I’d hope from anyone, all while giving us the cleaning and general service we needed! TY!

We have used Kiwi for the last 12 years. They installed a beautiful chimney and have cleaned it since then. Just recently they installed a chimney for my daughter in an emergency situation. They were kind ,and prompt. They are respectful.careing. Did a beautiful job!! I will never use anyone else.

I had Brad from Kiwi Chimney do an inspection of my oil furnace and wood burning stove chimneys shortly after I bought my house last year. He reviewed the chimneys for safety and made detailed recommendations including clear explanations and itemized estimates for high priority work and what could wait until later.

Once a decision was made to go ahead with the project, their office manager Meg kept me up to date on scheduling status and in July, one of their technicians, Ben came to do the work (repointing, crown coat, flue cap, and waterproofing). I'm very happy with the result knowing it was done correctly and with high quality materials and at a very reasonable price.

My chimney was cleaned, relined and masonry repaired on the chimney which was 45 yrs old when done. Workers were friendly and worked efficiently. In fact I will be changing to Worcester County Chimney for my yearly cleaning.

Had them do a chimney inspection and install a liner and chimney cap at my home. Great to work with, responsive and very informative on the inspection results and work that needed to be done and why. Would definitely recommend.

They charge $149 for them to come out and do an estimate of the work before the customer even commits. We were told that this applies to 'any new chimney they choose to look at and do a quote on'. I have never heard of any reputable company charging customers for an estimate... we will pass.

Mike and his crew did an excellent job repairing and replacing our flue lining. Mike was exceptionally professional, on time, good communications, and we highly recommend his service to all chimney and masonry issues.

The team that came to my home were pleasant and efficient. However, they left debris in my flowers. They did not respond to my requests to clean up the debris. When my gutters were cleaned I found out they did not clean up the roof and more debris landed in my gutters.

Several years ago Worcester County Chimney & Masonry put a cap on our ancient 1700's 5 flue chimney. Water use to come pouring down every so often. And the house smelt of moisture after a rain storm. Since the cap install we've a dryer house, no water coming down, should have done it years ago. And we've had some crazy winds lately with it holding up nicely.

Excellent workmanship. Fair pricing. Arrived on time. Cleaned up impeccably. Chimney looks awesome!
