The Worcester Chimney technician, Dave, was a consummate professional! Not only was he kind, punctual, thorough, but he took great care to keep our house clean after a detailed chimney inspection. I felt like he treated our house like his own and laid out extensive drop cloths and other protective sheeting to keep our living room free of soot. Thanks for great customer service!

We had a wonderful experience with Worcester County Chimney & Masonry when we had them clean our chimney. They were knowledgable, professional, and on time.
We weren't sure what to expect seeing that I had never had this done before, but their process was so clean and thorough. They took time to answer our questions and gave us good recommendations on moving forward to get the longest life from our existing chimney. I look forward to using them again.

Pat and the crew did a tremendous job rebuilding the crown on my early '50s cape. From the initial assessment through execution, they were quick, courteous, and thorough. Their pricing was fair, and came in well below other contractors in my area (i had 3 other quotes for the job.) Unlike the others, however, they took the time to really examine the work, going up on the roof to see the condition of the chimney and properly estimate the costs to do it right. This level of service is unusual, compelled me to accept their offer, and they proved to be just as service oriented through the end of the job. Will work with them again on any future masonry work, and recommend their crew without reservation.

They repointed three chimneys for me and did an excellent job. Highly recommend. I have given their name and information to clients. Everyone who has used them came back to say they did a great job at a reasonable price. Great when you find a company that does what it says it will and gets it done.

Pat, Justin and Oliver were on time, very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and did a fantastic job on my 2 chimneys. It was unusually hot for mid April and they remained professional, no complaining, great attitudes and they got the job done, as promised. Very fair bid on repairs, liner installation and waterproofing work. Highly recommended! I'd give them 10 stars if it was an option! Thank you, Guys! Great working with you!

I was referred to Worcester County Chimney & Masonry by a very reputable firm who had prior experience working with them. I was having some water leakage issues with our chimney. They were scheduling out a few weeks due to their backlog but when they came out to review our situation I was extremely impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism. They provided us a total review including pictures and they detailed out exactly what they believed the issues were and recommended courses of action. I went ahead with their recommendations, and they did a great job. I'm pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

I've had lots of trouble in the past with people working on my house, but not with these guys!! They did amazing work! Rebuilt my chimney in no time and did a beautiful job. These guys came out and in one day, replaced my chimney without damaging one Solar Panel. They then went around the whole house picking up every little pebble of brick and morter. These guys are extremely professional and they were at my house within 2 weeks of the quote. I highly recommend them for any masonry work. Thank you Pat and your team.

Worcester Chimney Installed a new Chimney with a Steel Liner and Topper on my house and the workmanship, cleanliness, price, and duration of the job were impeccable. I have a stove on the first floor and it vents and drafts beautifully after the installation of the liner and topper. Great Job, great curb appeal.

The crew did a great job! 1960’s chimney needed to be re-lined to address issues with the old flue tiles for the fireplace and furnace. They installed new stainless steel liners, damper, and a new crown with cap. Very professional and they took tons of before and after photos and videos to show the extent of the work done.

We hired Worcester County Chimney & Masonry to install a new liner on our Tudor style home that we just recently purchased. Pat and his crew were super friendly and professional, and even though a recent snow storm made some of the logistics challenging, they finished the job in less time than expected and everything was exactly as quoted. Can't recommend them enough!

They were friendly but not sure if they are very experienced or what. They had gotten creosote all over my roof and left it there. Also got it on my driveway left it there. Left me a quote to reline my chimney, but included in the quote was them charging me for multiple ladders? Not sure but a extremely high quote compared to what i got from other companies. Just not happy with the service and ridiculous prices over all.

Tony and his assistant came & inspected Chase cap (due to some leaking) and determined it needed replacing. They also cleaned my chimney. Very professional!! Highly recommend.
