Pat Agurki was referred by a roofer. He turned out to be a great referral. He was on time for our 1st meeting and delivered my quote as promised. His crew was even better. Dylan, Dave and Nick were an awesome team. When a team works well together, they deliver! Love my new chimney! They earned my trust and confidence. I'd hire them again.

We recently had a chimney liner installed by another company, and shortly after, we were told by our oil burner service technician that the new liner was not connected properly to the furnace flue and was a serious safety hazard. We were referred to Worcester County Chimney by our realtor and contacted Pat for a full inspection. Understanding the potential danger, Pat sent his crew out the next day for a full safety check and they confirmed the improper and hazardous installation. Pat explained the situation to us, and we had them come back to replace the liner. Pat’s crew was professional, courteous and most importantly clean; great customer service! They showed us the new installation when they were done and how they corrected the problem. We were more than pleased with their workmanship and follow up, and highly recommend Worcester County Chimney. We plan to have them back to repair our fireplace this summer. We used Worcester County Chimney & Masonry for replacing the entire chimney at our home in West Boylston and a number of repair jobs for the chimneys at the church we attend in Worcester. They were always there when they promised and did excellent work on both jobs.

I won’t use them again has my chimney inspected and I was told a quote will be sent to me within few days and it has been 2 months and nothing. I’m yet to receive a call back or an email or a quote. But they were quick to charge may card for $200.
Will not recommend them. But thank you for coming in.

Pat and his Crew were beyond "superb" from the beginning of the project until the very end. The Crew showed up on time, literally worked right thru the days (4), were couteous, professional and willing to answer all of my questions. After each day they cleaned my yard and stored the materials properly. Today, my final day, the Crew swept thru the yard again to pick up cement/brick chunks and even washed my 2 windows! From my initial meeting w/Pat (1hr), he was thorough and explained all the photos he took of the interior/exterior chimney. This Company will not disappoint! Thank you Moe G

After giving us some needed recommendations on our chimney ... the crew showed up on time and completed the work professionally and in a timely manner. Very happy with the results and would recommend Worcester County Chimney to my friends.

Although the owner was very quick to respond and conduct a very thorough review of our chimney and associated deterioration of the morter, financial we were not able to schedule the job now. We had 2 other companies provide estimates that were no where close to the detail provided. We plan on scheming the job as soon as possible.

In September I noticed missing mortar and leaks from my chimney. Prior to speaking with Worcester County Chimney, I called several other firms who explained they would not be able to address my problem until spring. Yikes! However Pat came out that week, assessed my problems, and assured, weather permitting, it would be done in a few weeks. True to his word, the crew just left after doing an excellent job repairing my chimney. In addition, Pat was most helpful in dealing with a few other issues. I would highly recommend calling them for your chimney needs!

I could not be more impressed with the job that Pat and his crew have done on our Cape house chimney, built in the 50s. Less than a month ago I learned that our chimney had deteriorated significantly. I called Worcester County Chimney & Masonry along with two other firms. Pat came out that evening, went up on the roof, examined the chimney, and sent me a detailed proposal that night. Of the three proposals that we received, his proved to be based upon the most thorough analysis of our needs. And the pricing was quite reasonable--promising top value for our dollar. When I called him back to accept the proposal, he immediately scheduled us for two days of work. The crew showed up when promised and executed the plan exactly as outlined. They were thoroughly professional in every respect. We love the look of the rebuilt chimney, and with a stainless steel lining system installed we know the chimney is built to last a long time before repairs will again be needed. We have dealt with numerous contractors over the years, and most have fulfilled the terms of their proposal in ways that were at least satisfactory. But I would say that Worcester County Chimney & Masonry was the best of the lot.

Pat and his team get 5+ stars! Pat, Dave, and Nick helped me with a large chimney job on an old late 1800s multi family home. Pat came out when he said he would to inspect the situation, gave me a quote within a few days of his inspection, and got me in touch with his office manager Amanda. Amanda was very helpful and prompt and got me on the schedule within a reasonable timeframe. On the day of the job, they showed up on time and did all of the work in a professional and friendly manner. They also kept their worksite very clean and were respectful of my tenant's and neighbor's needs. This was a big job which included: removing my old chimney liner and installing a new one, correctly repiping my appliances, replacing the flashing, installing a cap, waterproofing the chimney, and more. It is clear that they know what they are doing. Now that the job is complete, I feel so much better knowing that my chimney has been professionally repaired. Thanks again Pat and the crew!

Worcester County Chimney & Masonry did excellent work removing our chimney. They arrived on time for the work scheduled and communicated clearly on what work was being conducted and when it would be completed. Great job in matching the existing shingles with the patched roof section. I would share a photo, but it just looks like a roof now :) The office staff also ensured all of our questions were answered before we made our final decision to use their services.

Pleasant, professional, competent, and reasonable. Patrick cleaned our furnace chimney and converted a fire place to a gas fired one. We are very pleased and so happy we selected Worcester Chimney!

Excellence starts at the top and I knew soon as I met Pat to review the job this was the company for me… Pat was honest and truthful about what needed to be done and why… came back with a detailed quote/order with invoice and expectation… before I knew it the “crew” was on the job… they were the best… professional, courteous and “well oiled machines” working together with each doing there part… one chimney down and removed and next one started and finished in no time… yard cleaned and immaculate when done…this crew is an asset to any company!!! Loyal, well trained/ knowledgeable and great work ethics!!! These guys are great. For a reasonable and competitive price, they installed a new liner in my chimney. I have a wood stove insert. They also built a new cement cap for the chimney. They are experienced, they know their craft, and they are professional.

Pat and his Team cleaned, repaired, and resolved a couple of potential issues before they started to replace the outside chimney. Each crew worked quickly, took the time to be careful with the surroundings, and explained each step in the process to let me know what needed to be corrected to insure a fire safe chimney. Nick and his team of masons, removed the old bricks, repaired any potential leaks and replaced the chimney with new bricks with an excellent design. We were not expected them to add the design features but it came out terrific. Each Team was professional and worked hard to accomplish their tasks. They spent the additional time to clean up any debris and were focused on excellent customer service. Besides their technical expertise, they know how to take care of a customer!

Guys were very professional, did a great job, they wrapped my deteriorating chimney to repair it inserted a chimney liner and repaired the exterior bricks of the chimney. Awesome job, and best of all no surprises in the cost, what they quoted me is what I paid. I would definitely recommend them.

Worcester County Chimney was professional, honest and on time. They gave me an honest assessment and didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. Work was completed excellently. I ask another company before who was very late, and rather than address the issue I called about, tried to sell me a complete liner that was unnecessary. I will definitely call Worcester County Chimney again next year!
