Mike did a great job on fixing the crown of my chimney which had become a mess. He came out quickly and got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time and the chimney is back functional. Had another company give an estimate that was significantly more money. I'd recommend Mike to anyone that needs chimney work done.

We just had our chimney rebuilt by East Side Chimney. I handle the house repairs and contractor payments/interviews before my husband and I hire anyone. I was so impressed with the knowledge of every person I spoke with at the company and not a single one said "do you need to talk to your husband and get back to me?" The crew was at our house working through extreme heat for days. They were respectful, surprisingly quiet and cleaned up every day before leaving. Whenever I had a question they would answer with great detail, and I never felt I was bothering them wanting to know information about the repair. The chimney looks amazing, and we are so excited to use it this winter. I would highly recommend East Side Chimney for not only their quality work, but their respectful employees!

I contacted Tom & he set up a repair for my chimney which was done wonderfully before I had my roof replaced. It had a crack that went from end to end , Justin & his team did a great job!

Ingram’s is by far the WORST place I’ve ever been through. Everything they said was wrong and didn’t even make sense to other chimney places who came after them. They are all about getting money and NOT safety! Defiantly do not recommend unless you like a hassle, rude workers and your money stolen from you.

Justin is very knowledgeable when it comes to chimney and fireplace installations. I would definitely hire him again considering value and quality. Thanks Again ! - Kev

It was a difficult beginning with appointment missed, however Tom came out and did a thorough inspection of the chimney. He pointed out things on the exterior that needed some work in the future. Personable and thorough.

Had our chimney cleaned and inspected today! The gentlemen that came were prompt and efficient! Very knowledgeable, reasonably priced and friendly. We will definitely utilize their services in years to come.

I highly recommend Ingram’s. They were courteous, polite and efficient. Everything was left clean and were conscientious in doing so. Tom was very informative as well. I will be calling them every year or so for cleaning and inspection in the future.

Ingram's Chimney Sweepers just did an awesome job on our furnace flue and masonry crown repair. It was cracked and falling apart and now it looks great. They came out and did the work immediately. Tom is very friendly over the phone. Great job!! Thanks guys!

Tom was extremely helpful with advice. Scheduled us quickly for an install that we needed to coordinate with another company. Chris came to the house to do the sweeping. He was professional and careful. A fine experience all around.

Chris and Justin came early, which was awesome for me! I needed a cap and inspection with a possible cleaning. They were upfront and honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Justin even told me to call if I needed anything and he meant it. They were the only company to reach out to me when I left messages with everyone. I always, ALWAYS will call them for any of my chimney needs. I am one happy and satisfied customer! Thanks guys!!

Tom and Jake inspected and cleaned the fireplace in my home. They must be doing something right, because my appointment was scheduled a month out.
They came at the appointment time window and called ahead to let me know how soon until they would arrive.
My chimney wasn't too bad so they were in and out quickly.
I would recommend Ingram Chimney to anyone in the Rochester area.

Tom's crew did a great job, jim was very prompt and we got a heads up call from Justin. Jim covered the floor and was very neat and freed up our damper to where we could use it, it was stuck. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them in future. Ed and Sharon delorm
