Ingram's Chimney Sweepers have been maintaining my chimney, fireplace and fireplace insert for 19 years. Tom and Justin are the best! They are prompt, thorough, clean and reasonably priced. They have always been beyond professional and they do their best to make sure the customer is satisfied. In any service industry it's impossible to please everyone, but everyone I've referred to Tom and Justin is thrilled to have them work on their chimneys. They are the best!

Tom at Ingram’s was incredibly helpful working with me on the needs for our chimney this fall. He spent so much of his time connecting me with chimney specialists in our area and even helped track down the best person to purchase wood from. It’s rare to find someone so honest and who cares about their customers as much as Tom. Will have Ingram’s do our chimney sweeps going forward. Wouldn’t have anyone else!

Were prompt and professional ... did a thorough job, cleaned up fireplace better than they found it ... great value for the services received. Would highly recommend.

I found out we had a large bird nest in our woodstove chimney when I tried to start our first fire of the season-our house filled with smoke.. I tried calling a few other places who didnt call back or it would be weeks or months to service. I called Ingrams and a LIVE human being answered the phone. It was Tom, the owner, who got right on it- luckily there was a crew in a nearby neighborhood, so they were able to come by that afternoon. They cleaned out the stovepipe, with the accompanying big nest, started a fire to test it,and Justin said he'll come back in the spring to put a new cap on it. Efficient, friendly, reasonable. Tom even called to check if everything was alright the day. Good customer service still exists!! I've already recommended them to friends.

Tom was very professional and did a quality job. Our chimney needed a lot of repairs when we moved in. Ingram’s gave us an accurate quote and followed through on everything. Now it looks great and I feel safe burning fires this winter! We will continue to use his services for routine cleanings too.

From a moms perspective: Both the workers were patient and kind to answer all the questions my kids had about chimney cleaning and repair.

Lou & Steve came over to inspect our fireplace, seeing as how we recently purchased the house, and haven't used it yet. Not only were they thorough, efficient, and polite, they also went above and beyond to help clean it up, and even gave us tips on how to use it effectively, and keep it cleaned in the future! Had two gas fireplaces that needed to be repaired. Technician didn't show up first time he said he would, had to reschedule. Technician came back to check out fireplaces, misdiagnosed one of them then took apart the other one and didn't put it back together correctly. Said he needed a part and said they would call that day to set up the follow up appointment. Never received the call. Had to call the office five days later only to have them not know what I was talking about, then called back the next day saying they'd repair it but couldn't that day. 0/10 would recommend.
