Indoor arrived on time and did an excellent job of explaining what they were going to do and then they proceeded in a timely fashion to complete the job. Highly recommend them.

The crew that cleaned my duct work were one time and did a great job.

They will only do your house if you live in an upscale neighborhood. They drove past my house and called and cancelled their appointment because of where I live. They said they couldn't park outside but didn't even let me move my car so they could. I offered to let them into my secured back yard but again, they said no. They flat out refuse to work in this neighborhood.

The crew was prompt, professional, and went over and above when they cleaned our air ducts on 07/09/2025.

Very nice people, removed a lot of dust and debris from the ducts. 60 yr old house that had never been done. But still left some dust behind in the registers my wife ended up cleaning.

We live in a small home and wanted a duct cleaning, as it had been over eight years since the last cleaning. Indoor Air Professionals arrived promptly with a two-person team. First they explained the process (which I had already heard over the phone when ordering the service, but I always like to hear directly from those performing the service), and then went to work. One technician worked in the upstairs and taped the registers (supply and return). The other technician remained in the basement to apply partial vacuum to the main system. Then each person worked from their respective directions. The upstairs-based person thoroughly vacuumed each register (one at a time, removing the tape temporarily) and as much ductwork as possible from above. The basement-based person used the air nozzle to clean the lower ductwork. All the while, the main vacuum was pulling the debris from the system. The team removes smaller (~3”) to larger (~6”) circular entry points in the basement ductwork, which are sealed at the end with caulk and metal plates, and which can be used as entry points for future work. The team was professional and efficient. We highly recommend Indoor Air Professionals.

My wife & I are so glad that we used IAP for our duct cleaning of our home! As far as I know, our ducts had never been cleaned before now. The IAP two man team arrived exactly on time at our home, explained the process they were going to follow and got right to work! We have two cats and we were concerned about keeping them from fleeing the house during the proceedure but the IAP team helped us keep them safe and sound the whole time they were here. All in all, We are very pleased with the resulting clean ducts and the Excellent service IAP gave us ! Highly Recommended!!

Our air ducts have never been cleaned since the house was built about 35 years ago. We were sneezing a lot and there was always a good amount of dust everywhere not long after we had just dusted everything. We noticed that the cold air returns would gather large amounts of dust. The before and after pictures of the ducts showed that they were filthy before Hector and Ariel from Indoor Air Professionals Inc. started working on them and very clean when they had finished.

Everything was cleaned up and put back together before Ariel and Hector left. They hauled away the huge amount of dust and debris they pulled out of the ductwork.

In a few days, we noticed we were not sneezing as much. The amount of dust accumulation was also greatly reduced. The ducts were injected with a Kanberra Air Purifier. This product removes odors and makes the air smell fresh without a lingering scent. We highly recommend this product. They gave us a free 2-ounce container of the Kanberra. We put it in the bathroom that does not have a fan installed in it. It does not mask odors it ELIMINATES them. The stuff is amazing and works fast.

If your ducts have not been cleaned in a while, or maybe never, call Indoor Air Professionals FIRST. You will be very pleased with what they can do for your house. You will be breathing easier and dusting less.

Great professional service, the team arrived within the time slot, was respectful and did their job. We used them about 8 years ago, I didn’t think we had a problem, but I was having sinus issues and wanted to uncover every stone before I ran to an ENT doctor. Well I was amazed by the amount of stuff they pulled out. Give then a call, your sinuses will love you.

Amazing work. I know duct cleaning is somewhat controversial, and maybe there are scams out there, but I felt like our home really needed it and I was very pleased with the outcome! Indoor Air Professionals did a great job and my home feels much cleaner now.
