Excellent experience. The tech was professional, knew what he was doing, and answered all my questions. He used a drop cloth while cleaning the fireplace and chimney so there was no sooty ashy mess. Highly recommend

Having recently had chimney work done by this company, I have nothing but good things to say about them. From our initial meeting with Eric to the relationship formed with the crews who did the work, everything was done in a truly professional way and we were totally satisfied with the results. I needed Mason repairs to a freight elevator for our Certificate of Occupancy. Also, I needed it in a hurry. Matt came to look and create an estimate, which was done in a timely manner. Within weeks Tim and his helper were onsite for the repairs. The work ended up being more extensive than Matt estimated, only because they couldn’t know till they got up there. All in all I would hire this company again and highly recommend them.

This week, Felgemacher repaired longstanding problems with my 118-year-old chimney that could have caused the chimney to collapse and badly damage my roof.

The team that worked on my chimney came early, stayed late, worked efficiently, got through earlier than anticipated.

Their work definitely added value to my home.

Sales people, customer service, people, and technicians were all very knowledgeable and explained issues very well.

Felgemacher was just about the only place to do creosote removal. We moved in to our home 3 yrs ago and the previous owners hadn’t done any maintenance on the wood burning fireplace. Our build up was so so bad by the time we scheduled a routine cleaning that it was labeled as Do Not Use. Creosote removal is very expensive. Felgemacher did a good job I’d say overall. We were told to add a concrete cap to the fireplace for future safety and preservation of our fireplace so the work total was almost $7,000. Pretty insane. they guaranteed us we won’t need to do this removal again for at least 20 years with routine cleaning so I guess that’s a plus. Took a long time to schedule and they aren’t the most organized with your information. Make sure you ask for all of your photos during / after cleanings and any work that’s done because they don’t just send that information to you. Overall I wish they were more affordable but unfortunately it is what it is I guess.

Felgemacher replaced my home’s fireplace liner and re poured the crown. For the first time we are able to enjoy our fireplace! They were priced fair, did great work, and communicated well. Highly recommend!

Felgemacher Masonry did an excellent job repairing the brick work in the front of my house. They were reasonably priced and very professional. I would highly recommend using them for your masonry needs. They were also very easy to work with and their follow-up was very good.

Matt was great! Came earlier than the appointment time which was awesome. Took his time cleaning My chimney stack and laid it right on the line That would be very dangerous to light my wood burning stove again. I appreciated him very much.

We needed a complete chimney rebuild from the roofline up. We chose to go with Felgemacher after receiving several other estimates.

They came out to inspect, the day after we called. They also were the only company that took photos for us to see the condition of the chimney. We had the photos and the estimate within minutes. We also got “after photos” and could see the quality work up close.

Tom and his co-worker, (Matt?) did a great job and when they were done, made sure everything was cleaned up.

Bottom line quality work, fair price…highly recommend

Exceptional company with amazing teams. First I hired them to clean my chimney and wood insert. They then provided a very reasonable bid for repointing the chimney , which included repairing the cement cap. The work on the chimney to less than two days and the workmanship looks amazing. They were very protective of our home and property, and they took time to explain all their steps and processes. I highly recommend this company!
