We have been using Indoor Air Professionals to clean our air ducts for at least 20 years. It always amazes me the amount of dust and pet hair they can remove. The word "professionals" in their company name is not just for marketing. They are increibly knowledgable about all things HVAC and are efficient, courteous, and proud of the work they do. They even go above and beyond to make sure that everything will work correctly after they finish. We even noticed that they had done quite a bit of vacuuming in the basement in the area around our furnace, which was a nice touch that they did not have to do. If you have allergies or simply want a cleaner home, you will be glad to get this service done by this company.

Very happy with the overall job. From making the original appointment Callen explained exactly the process, how long it would take. They showed up right on time, came in and got right to work, both people who did the work were great, they went over everything from A-Z. Taped up all vents, and then removed and cleaned vents, great job. I can't believe how much dirt came out of the duct work. We built this house 45 years ago. 3 Children, 7 Grandchildren, several dogs over the years. I highly recommend this company and highly recommend you get your ductwork cleaned if you're home is older like ours and has never been done. Oh. It smells nice too.

Indoor Air Professionals was an excellent company to work with. They successfully cleaned out the heating ductwork in our 115 yr old home. There was SO MUCH debris, and they got it all ! Thank you for your professional and friendly service. Awesome staff!

I called your company to clean my air docks because I was having trouble with coughing and someone suggested that might be the problem .At the same time my house was overrun with stink bugs Since having your service My cough has improved and thanks to the Kanberra spray that was used, I do not have any stink bugs anymore!! The service reps. as well as Laurie in their office were polite and very responsive to my questions. They were professional and the job they did was excellent. I have had a problem breathing and coughing, tried many different kind of medicines. Contacted IAP and they were so helpful and had so much information. I mean a great price and how professional the men were that came out and did the cleaning I was amazed. My cough has almost gone away and can breathe so much better. Can’t believe what came out of the ducts. Definitely recommend this company.

Just a first class outfit, from my first call inquiring about their service to the field manager who came to the house to scope out the job, to the techs who came out to do the actual work, to the office staff we dealt with. Friendly, professional, careful and respectful of our house. Also, very fairly priced. Their equipment was very clean as was their van. They looked over the job and gave us a very accurate estimate of how long it was going to take. They worked quickly and very efficiently. They completely explained each step of the process. The job was completed on time and clean up was perfect. I couldn’t believe the amount of dust, animal hair and pieces of drywall (from a past room gut and remodel) that came out of the air ducts. The dryer vents also produced a serious amount of lint, etc. Overall, well worth the cost…which was reasonable. Just a great experience. Do some research, you’ll be impressed with Indoor Air Professionals. You can’t go wrong.

I had my ducts cleaned and I purchased the dehumidifier. The guys who came were very professional and friendly. The cleaning was good but I didn't have that much come out ... guess I'm cleaner than I thought.

They live up to their name. PROS! Sean and Hector arrived on time were both very polite and helpful. I hadn't had our house done in a long time so we had to really work at getting all the vents unblocked and ready to go. Despite that, they were awesome and the house has already shown improvement.

Hector and Marcus were great. Prior to them servicing our home the house smelled of cats due to previous owner having multiple cats.

After Hector and Marcus finished the house no longer smell of cats!!!

Hector and his crew were right on time. He went over what they were going to do. Cleaned everything up. Hector also spotted a flaw in the duct system and suggested i call a HVAC specialist to check it out. Our ducts are nice and clean and i can tell the difference.

The entire company is very good at communicating. There is no high-pressure sales. On the day of service, the technicians called ahead to say when exactly they would be arriving. A whole team of people attacked my house and cleaned my ductwork which contained 42 years of dust. There was an immediate difference in the ambience smell of the house, Clean. I did have some minimal damage to paint on air vents, but nothing that a couple bucks couldn't fix. I found this company through Jim Salmon Home Repair Clinic on WHAM. Mr. Salmon recommended them and so do I.
