We have used On the Spot twice for duct work cleaning. They have been fantastic! We will use them again for the next cleaning. Scott was great and explained everything to me in detail. He showed me what came out of the ducts. There was much more than I realized so I felt like we received tremendous value from their service.

This carpet steam cleaning far surpassed my expectations! I have an old carpet (light cream color), 3 dogs, and a cat.. it gets a lot of traffic and has a fair share of accidents and spills. I am not exaggerating when I say it looks Brand New!! Alicia was amazing, the perfect blend of professional, friendly, helpful / informative, and conscientious. I will absolutely be a return customer! Thank you!

The whole process went very smoothly. I was given regular reminders from the company about them coming, and the gentleman even reached out to me to see if they could come a little earlier since they had completed their previous job early. They were very polite and explained the whole process And finish the job in a timely manner and left the place neat and clean.
