On The Spot Cleaners came highly recommended for duct cleaning. I have asthma and didn’t know when or if the ducts in our new home had been cleaned. Their process is very thorough, they answer your questions, and are respectful of your home. Our first experience was a positive one. Definitely give them a call if you need this done at your house.

Friendly staff for both scheduling and cleaning of my air ducts. The price seemed fair and reasonable for the time and effort. The service technician explained everything well and left everything clean. I'm hopeful the cleaning will reduce allergy-like symptoms.

The pictures of before and after were great to see! Disgusting what was in those furnace duct's before. So, glad that I had the 60 years worth of crap inside those duct's cleaned. Dennis from OnTheSpot was extremely professional, skilled, warm, friendly, and thorough in his cleaning of our HVAC vents. He explained every step of the way what he was doing and why. He worked very hard for about three hours – we have a lot of vents and square footage. This company is phenomenal. They send reminders re: appointments beforehand and communicate by text to keep customers updated re: their arrival time. We would happily use them again when we need this service.

First time getting our air ducts cleaned, and every piece of the process was easy to do! Scheduling was easy, and the actual cleaning seemed to be thorough. Our technician explained what he was going to be doing, asked questions and showed before and after photos. He was very friendly as well! I’d highly recommend them if you’re looking to get this service done.

I had my HVAC ducts and vents cleaned. I do not think it had ever been done and my house was built in 1953. Johnny Lee was very professional and personable. Another young man came to help after he was done with another job. They both knew what they were doing. Everything was clean and neat when they left. They even moved some of the furniture back when they were done. I highly recomment On the Spot Cleaners, Inc.

Excellent and thorough analysis of my ductwork and HVAC system to ensure the best approach in cleaning and sanitise my home. The gentleman alerted me to his arrival and arrived on time. We walked through my home and discussed everything that would be done and asked and answered any questions. All the vents were either covered and/or removed and thoroughly cleaned with an anti microbial disinfectant and properly replaced. My dryer vent was also cleaned, ensuring the exterior vent was properly cleaned and the gas dryer airflow was checked. Drop clothes were laid out to protect areas and the agent was extremely kind and courteous throughout. I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend.

Alicia was very prompt in getting to the house. Explained the whole process to both my wife and I thoroughly. She explained it would take approx 3-3.5 hrs and she was right at a just little over 3 hours. When done cleaned everything up attached everything back and cakes it a day. Thanks very much for the great service. I would highly recommend.

Very professional at a good price. Did an amazing job with all the up to date tools, knowledge and experience. Never cut any corners and upon completion of the job John left everything clean and even vacuumed any dust left over from the ductwork he just cleaned. I’m very pleased with him and his work, he’s very talented and professional! I’ll definitely call them to do other projects and recommend them to do my family’s HVAC system. You will not be disappointed!

Alicia was wonderful did great job with our carpets and duct cleaning. Unfortunately a very stubborn strain reappeared a couple days later. On the Spot was very nice and sent out RJ to try some other chemicals. No extra charge!

Our technicion Johnny Lee was right on time.
He talked us through the whole process of cleaning our duct work. He took before and after pictures. He was very personable, thoughtful of removing shoes and putting down floor protection.
