They answered the phone. Gave a quote and a fixed time over the phone and offered a working cell phone. A great start and awaiting their eagerly waiting their services and then to set a summer cleaning schedule for next year an ongoing.

Dan Hughes was so great! Inspecting a chimney for me as a first time home buyer! He was personable and explained everything I would need to know as a "chimney owner". He answered all my questions and is very reasonably priced.

This is a really impressive company. I booked an appointment three weeks in advance for an inspection. The company's rep showed up right on time, provided an inspection, and was able to do the repairs the same day!

I will be referring all my friends & family here. Frank the technician (Who was awesome) arrived on time, and was very knowledgeable. Gave me good tips and recommendations on what was good to burn. He could have up sold me for the cleaning fee but told me that I didn't need a cleaning yet. Also, want to give a shout out to Dan for the great customer service over the phone.

Tim was fantastic to work with! He was honest about what my long neglected fireplace needed. I am so happy with the work they've done, how responsive they were, and how willing they were to answer my questions. Because of Chiminey Cricket, my fireplace is usable and safe!! Buying a new house can be full of surprises and Tim really helped make my fireplace issues into something manageable. Chiminey Cricket has a customer for life in me!
