Friendly techs. Explained everything before he started. Cleaned up after himself. Great job!!
Had ductwork cleaned a few weeks ago. A couple of rooms of carpet today done on short notice.

Having elderly parents in the house the kitchen carpet was especially in bad shape. After having "On the Spot Cleaners " I can't tell it's the same carpet. Long existing stains are gone. Great job!!! Won't think of hiring anyone else after this experience.

Amazing service. RJ was on time and did an amazing job with duct cleaning... I would recommend them without question. By the way, the office staff couldn't have been kinder...

Dennis was on time , polite, and professional. He explained how he was going to be cleaning the ventilation system. He was thorough and explained how things looked before and after.

Our technician was great! He was very friendly. He explained about the treatment for my pet stains and it appears he got them for the most part. Hopefully as it dries they do not reappear, which of course would be no fault of yours.

Could have not been more satisfied with the service. Technician was professional and pleasant. His very thorough work cleared out as much as possible. The ducts were really awful! He showed us photos and the actual mess. Bobby Lee really took the time to make sure it was done right.

Dennis was very personable and explained each step of the process. He did an excellent job. Showed us the debris that he cleaned out of our ducts - the amount was amazing.

Right from the initial contact with the office to discuss cost and timeline, the process has been easy and understandable. The crew that did the job described what they would do, them did it thoroughly and cleaned up after themselves. A very good experience and I would recommend them to family and friends.

We had a great experience. RJ and Alicia were great communicators, friendly and respectful. They even politely laughed at all of my husband’s jokes!

Technician was professional and polite. Explaining what he was going to do. Answered all my questions. I had HVAC duct and dryer vent cleaning done. Technician had to clean duct line individually as he had no access to furnace to do the process in a less cumbersome way, thus my selection for reasonably priced. I think it took him longer than he planned. I had removed all vent covers prior to service appointment.

Alicia did a great job. She was personal. professional, and efficient. We have never had the ducts cleaned and you can imagine how dirty they were. She did not complain about how difficult this job was. I am hoping that she will still be working for On the Spot in 5 years when we will need to do this again!

RJ showed up at the expected time. He was polite and informative, talkng me through the entire process before he began and providing updates as the job progressed.
Once finished, he assisted me in moving furniture back to its original place, made recommendations for maintenance and left no trace of being there.

Easy to schedule and receive pricing. Communication was great throughout. RJ showed up right on time and was great. He informed me how he would be proceeding and was very efficient.

I highly recommend On The Spot Cleaners! Laundry wasn’t drying and when checked the outside vent it didn’t appear blocked. Fortunately a technician was able to come the morning I called and they cleared a significant blockage of accumulated lint. The technician was prompt, arrived at the time stated; very conscientious of not making a mess and cleaning up afterwards. He also provided good advice on how to avoid issues going forward. The office was quick to return my call and follow up with information. I will use their services again!

On The Spot did a wonderful job. They thoroughly cleaned my air ducts and went in each room to clean out the vents before I move into my house. They were reasonably priced, I paid $585, $632 with taxes. I would absolutely use them again for services.
