Great staff. Taught us some things about the great wood we burn and got the wood stove vent stack cleaned quickly and showed us the photos of the cleaning.

The Chiminey Cricket rep who inspected the chimney in our new (old) home was very knowledgeable and personable. I learned a lot about owning a chimney while she was here, and the rate is reasonable.

We bought a wood insert a couple years ago. Thought I would give a local business a try this year. I called 7/31/24 to set up an appointment for inspection and sweep; we scheduled it for the afternoon of 8/30/24. I called and left a message 8/15/24 inquiring the possibility of rescheduling to 8/16 as I already had the day off and I wouldn't have to end up taking more time off work. If it was a 'no', no big deal; I did call last minute after all. But I was hoping the schedule wasn't too full since it was still mid-August. My call was not returned. Not even after the fact, 'like hey sorry we missed your call'. I wasn't too happy about it, but sometimes things fall through the cracks and I gave it the benefit of the doubt. "No big whoop, I still have my original appointment booked..." I said to myself.
I took off the afternoon of Friday August, 30 2024. I was home by 1:00 (the scheduled time) and waited around until 3:15 when I had to handle other commitments. No call. No show. And no camera activity during the time I was gone. That's ok I guess........ I really wasn't looking forward to spending the $300 I was quoted during my initial phone call. But I'm still in need of a sweep, with less time off available, and we'll likely start our burn season by the end of the month.

The service was fast, clean, and very effective. We had our dryer vent cleaned out after too long, and we are very pleased with the results. The chimney sweep was delightful and efficient.

Arrived when promised, shared results of their inspection, completed cleaning and left no mess. Rebecca was very efficient. Will continue to use them for our chimney needs.
