This service was great! They stayed connected with us, they gave us before and after photos and the vents look awesome and clean. They didn't leave a mess behind, and they applied a coupon for me after being charged. No hassle, great work, and for a great price!

Air Free came to the rescue and removed 18 years of dust and dander from our ducts. Immediate relief! Bryant and ..... his boss... were cordial and efficient, working through the morning and done by noon. Their giant outdoor vacuum raises a din, but it's the muscle that makes it work.

Everything went great. Tech called ahead to say he was on the way, was polite and knowledgeable. Told me what he was going to do, did it, showed pictures of what he did, and we walked around the house to review his handiwork. Perfect experience. Will use them again!

When I first called to make an appointment they said that part of the work they do is replace your furnace filter with a high grade one. They didn’t replace ours so we had to call and they said they didn’t have that size. What?? An HVAC company doesn’t have a size?!?! We asked if they would put it in when they did get the size or if we would get money back for that part of the service. Answer was no because they don’t charge for those. (Obviously the price they charge includes the filter) Disappointed, because I spent all that money and now on top of that I need to go buy a filter.

Air Free did an awesome job cleaning out our ducts and dryer vent; we moved into a house that the previous owner smoked in for 20 years and had a number of pets. It was wild to see how much dust/dirt was up in the ducts and the dryer vent, and I appreciated that the techs took before and after photos. Would highly recommend.

Bryant and Thaddeus did a great job! They were also on time, professional, and friendly. As a bonus they cost about half as much as some of the other duct cleaning services in town. Call them today!

Had breathing issues and decided to look into duct cleaning because i was going through filters like crazy. Air free got good reviews so we tried them. Could not have happier with the outcome. Bryant and Traeton walked us through what he would be doing and after 3+ hours showed me the videos he took and a couple pictures and i was amazed at the amount of dust and dirt we were breathing. Our house instantly smelled fresher and hopefully our breathing will get back to normal. Very professional and courteous. He is a dog lover and spent a little time with my labs and telling me about his dogs. I don't typically leave reviews but was skeptical at first whether my money would be well spent. If you have breathing problems and haven’t had your ducts cleaned call these guys now you wont be sorry. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

Thad and Brian showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently. They took extra care to protect the house while cleaning, and the difference in air quality was noticeable right away. The technicians were professional, thorough, and left everything spotless. Pricing was fair with no hidden charges. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone needing duct cleaning done right.

Air Free Duct Cleaning exceeded all my expectations! Their attention to detail is unmatched, and the entire process was seamless. Scheduling was a breeze, with clear communication and timely notifications about my appointment. I had a last-minute change of plans, but their flexibility allowed me to grant them access to my home while I was away, keeping my maintenance schedule on track. They did an outstanding job, even providing before-and-after photos and videos of my ductwork, which looked spotless! They may not be the cheapest, but their quality and professionalism make them the best in the business. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend Air Free enough! We had our ducts cleaned for the first time, and the photos and videos they send after speak for themselves. The service was awesome, and the quality of clean amazing. Russhawn and Thad were professional, fun, and most importantly, got the job DONE! Chris'Ann at the front desk is lovely and a pleasure to work with. I would have paid way more anywhere else, but she got us a great deal.

Dirty ducts and dryer vents are the main cause of house fires, so do it for your safety if not your air quality!

Air Free was recommended to us by Des Moines Heating & Cooling. I’m so glad we went with them to do our duct cleaning. Matt & RJ were great to work with. They were professional & worked with us to do half the house & then switch so we could move our animals around to stay out of their way (since we don’t have a basement for them to access the duct system). They showed us a lot of before & after pictures as well as showed us a lot of what they got out of the ducts.

We are very impressed & will definitely be using Air Free again when we need to do another duct cleaning.

Excellent, professional and always great communication! Our dryer vent discharges from the top of our house close to the roof. Not easy to get to. They always do a great job and it is scary how much they get out of our vent every year.

This was quite an experience as I've never had it done. Erich and Braynt were great. They walked me through and explained the whole process to me. They were very informative, knowledgeable, courteous, considerate, and overall two very nice young men. I will definitely recommend this business with all my friends.
