Had the honor of this company and great technician Preston Smith come take care of my chimney. We just bought an older house and to say it hadn't been cleaned in awhile is an understatement. They came and did an immaculate job with wonderful customer service. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend. Well worth the cost.

Chimney cleaning/inspection by Mason was excellent. Professional, thorough, respectful of our home. I thought I needed a new chimney cap. Mason told me I did not. He could have easily sold me one, but he was honest. Great company to deal with!!

Fair price and great service. The technician who came to my home was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. I paid for a chimney inspection and cleaning. The tech, Alan, made sure I understood the inspection results and answered some additional questions I had about the fireplace insert. I also asked Alan to diagnose an airflow issue I was experimenting with the chimney. He then provided me a quote for fixing the issue. I’ve got nothing but great things to say about A-1 and Alan. My daughter will be excited that we can have fires in the house again

A-1 Chimney Specialist did an excellent job of cleaning and repairing the chimney at my home. They completed a thorough inspection and provided an itemized quote (detailed w/photos) on the first visit. Despite having to order a custom-sized chase cover and fabricated parts, the wait time was very reasonable and the repairs began ahead of schedule. Everyone was very professional and willing to answer all of my questions. The crew was always on time and would text/call ahead to confirm an appointment. A special thanks to Preston, Coleton, and Shawna for all of the hard work and support during the process. I am certainly enjoying using the fireplace now this winter, so the service is greatly appreciated. Thanks again!

Best service we’ve ever had for our wood stove cleaning. Caleb did a wonderful and thorough job. He even replaced the screen on the roof cap to keep birds from falling in.
My husband said the stove and not been so clean since we bought it in 2000!!!

Have Four brick fireplaces extending well above the roof line of a 12-12 pitch roof. Chimney’s have had water problems for years. A-1 fixed them all!!! Many driving rains since work completion and not a drop of water inside.

Estimated cost was very competitive with two other bidders and when job was done, actual cost turned out to be meaningfully less. (Not at all convinced other chimney folks would have charged me the reduced actual cost.)

Recommend these guys without any reservation. In addition to quality of work, the crews focused on the job to be done and were a pleasure to have on our property..

These guys were great! I had an issue with my direct vent gas fireplace where the flames were getting suffocated. I brought another company out & the tech said I'd have to replace the fireplace as nobody can fix the issue that I was having. Well, I didn't like that answer, so I kept looking for a solution. I got A-1 Chimney Specialist out there (Alan specifically). He diagnosed the issue, fixed it, & it's like I have a brand new fireplace! They communicated well, showed up on time (actually even a little ahead of schedule), & had great customer service the hole way through. We will be sure to use them again in the future & I recommend you do too!

I couldn’t figure out why we kept getting so much dust in our living room. After this cleaning, I realized it wasn’t our cleaning routine, it was the ducts. I’ve had air duct cleaning done before, but this company exceeded my expectations. They found debris in parts of the ducts I didn’t even know existed! After the cleaning, our AC was pushing out cool air more effectively, and the whole house felt more balanced. They explained everything to me, from the tools they used to the long-term benefits. the dry vent is still dirty, not clean all the way in...so so service

I rarely leave reviews, but these guys were super helpful and it was overall a great experience.

Very disappointed, not local and will not return calls. A duct was missed and I can't get them to come back. Now I have to pay twice for a service that was done incorrectly the first time.

They don’t respond, don’t answer messages or phone calls. Tell you they have a deal going on, then charge you for something you can do yourself . What they don’t tell you is it the stuff that you want is extra like your dryer vent or your air returns are extra money

The service was outstanding and the guy that came to my home and did all the services was supper professionally and polite he did a great job highly recommend if you need your vents and returns cleaned

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUISNESS (WORST EXPERIENCE EVER)
The process was a complete joke, brought them in to clean my ducts and vents and all the did is damage my house very unprofessional very cheap craftsman low grade equipments, it's very clear that the owner of buisness dosent care about clients unprofessional employees very careless honestly this is the worst experience I ever had with a company, THEY DONT STAND FOR WHAT THEY SAY.
