he worst cleaning company, the ducts leave everything wrong, they are very rude and I asked them to clean again and pure excuses for nothing professionals they tried to intimidate my wife and make her feel less they have no say in case they say they arrive at such a time I do not recommend them at all !!

The guys that came the first time didn't do anything but the return. Second time all didn't clean all the vents out. $500 and the work was not done yet again. Don't use these people

Not impressed, I scheduled the time slot between 11-2 pm get a call at 8 am and I am told they can’t really do later even though that’s what I originally scheduled days prior. He offered to come in on Saturday at 10 am, doesn’t show, doesn’t call or answer calls or messages. Very disappointed with the level of professionalism here.

Peter were great and cleaned all of our ducts showing us before and afters! Nasty stuff came out. Highly recommend using Purple Ducts for your air duct cleaning. Fast, friendly and fair!

They are scammers. They will tell you that they are giving you 50% off but then charge you full price. Just check their website for pricing. They try really hard to upsell you to things you don’t need. I don’t trust them at all, they are not reliable. Do not book with them.

Purple ducts Utah did a very professional job .

I paid 3 time what they had on their add.
he didn't even finish the job and still had stuff hanging out side of by vent.
Said they would come back and now won't take my calls.

This company is the worst one I have used it. After the guy finished to clean my bents I went to see how looks, and it was still dirty he didn’t clean anything inside of them. If you don’t want louse your many don’t use this company. It was payed for a deep cleaning. 😡

The team that came over were very professional, friendly & explained the process with each step. They also offered an affordable prices for sanitizing we needed and additional air returns. We will definitely use this company again.

I was harassed and cussed out on my phone by this company's representative in California for canceling when they couldn't provide license and bonding information. They kept calling and calling even after I told them to stop. Then another person claiming to be the owner called and use profanity at me. I blocked all of them. I'm so glad I cancelled!

Trevor was polite, professional and explained the sanitizer. He vacuumed out the vents, dryer and cold air return. I opted in for sanitizer, as he said it is good for 5-7 years, smells great. I am not sure if it an extra charge, but was excited to see the before and after photos. Would be 5 star, but the website made it seem like you got photos, not the tech's fault.

Signed up for a cleaning but they could NOT make it to the appointment, the person kept getting sick, etc. and THEN they would NOT stop calling me even after I said NO THANK YOU many times.
Finally had to write this honest review after I asked them to put me on the DNC list.

Purple Ducts were doing the work at my property, they were on time, efficient, and very kind! The in office staff were quick to respond and get me scheduled. I got several quotes and their prices seemed reasonable and fair.
Very happy with the results.
I’d definitely use them again!

WATCH OUT!!! First I don't do review just to bash someone. They took advantage of a women. First they informed my wife it will be $300 charge and they lied. After all done the charge over $600 for 30 minutes job. When my wife wants to pay them they said pay it to his manager name that's sound like "SCAMMER"!! And they don't give you any receipt or invoice. After my wife argued they said write to some other company's name. I'm confused here. Once again feels like Mickey mouse company.
My advise to you all ask them what the charge is gonna be ? or AVOID this company.
