Great price! Great service! Did a quick inspection on both chimneys in the house we recently bought. Gave suggestions on repairs but wasn't pushy about scheduling them right away.

They were quick to reply to my email inquiry, and showed up on time for the inspection/cleaning. They only charged for the inspection when it turned out my chimney didn't need the cleaning. Quick and painless! Thank you!

Just had Valley Chimney Repair and Cleaning come out to clean our chimney, since we haven’t ever used our fireplace since we moved in and have no idea the condition it is in. They were very professional, did a thorough inspection, said the chimney was already very clean, and didn’t charge me anything. Highly recommended!

I had a weird potential issue with some insulation next to my chimney plus I wanted to get a quote on an insert. I called valley chimney repair and they were booked a couple weeks in advance, but that was fine I wasn'tin a rush. They said they could get me in on Monday May 3rd... they didn't show up and didn't even call. I tried calling them, no answer so I left a voicemail. The next day I tried again, and no answer. I texted them as well. I called again on the 3rd day, left another message. Still no call from them.... that's terrible customer service. I get stuff comes up, but if you have an appointment with a customer you should let them know you're not able to make it ahead of time. Or at the very least call them after and reschedule. I should have noticed all the other 1 star reviews with the same issue.

Super impressed with their work! They gave me a "to the point" explanation of what my chimney issue was, and everything was fixed professionally and in a timely manner! Can't go wrong, I've used this company now a couple of times!

Had an appointment for 2 chimneys cleaned and a bid for repoints, it was changed last minute due to lack of availability on his part, scheduled a week or 2 later. They showed up ill prepared said hmm yeah we didnt brong a ladder tall enough.. and we cant do your sweep. Set a date to come back the folllowing week. Then nothing, never came back never called, not returnjng the phone call they never answer, and then stopped replying to email once he realized i was already neglected as a customer. Do not even waste your time with this company.

They were absolutely wonderful! Very knowledgeable and gave up time on a Sunday so we could use our wood stove after having to cancel due to weather. Would highly recommend! Very personable and made sure we had all our questions answered before leaving. We will definitely call them next year!

On Monday, Oct 5th, I called to set up an appointment for chimney cleaning & inspection. My time was flexible so Shawn picked the day & time, Saturday, 10th, at 3:00 - 3:30. On Saturday at 3:45 he still hadn't shown up so I called and left a message. I also texted. No answer from either. He was a NO SHOW! I left another message on the following Tuesday, 13th. Today is Friday, 16th, and I STILL haven't heard from him.
This totally unacceptable and terrible business customer service!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! :-(

I booked an appointment for an inspection and cleaning. That day it was pouring rain so they rescheduled which I completely understood, no big deal. He gave me to time options to reschedule to and I picked one. He never showed up and has since not answered a single text or phone call. I would not recommend this place if you actually need the work done.

Best prices in town and they are super honest! I called them to come sweep the chimneys in my new house turns out the chimneys were already clean so I was only charged for an inspection which was low cost. They were also very honest about a couple things that need to be done in the future. Thanks guys for being awesome!

Let me start with when Shawn says he will be there at a given time, he will. Gave me a bid on putting a liner in a chimney that has wood stove , problem was old liner was in bad shape , and to narrow to install liner, so old flue had to be removed, and then new insulated liner installed, Shawn did a great job of keeping things clean in the house and install. I'm very picky and wanted the top of chimney sealed different that what it was, no problem, one call and Shawn was back out here to make sure it was to my liking.
And the cost for job was very responsible, I would recommend him, does what he says, and stands behind his work, thanks Shawn great job.

Made our initial appointment two weeks in advance. Called day of appt. to reschedule. The Second appointment was then rescheduled AGAIN day of. Third attempted appointment was a NO SHOW no call, and the last and fourth attempt was called to reschedule yet again. My wife had enough, we took two days off work and they never came.
The best part is when i called and left about 6 messages and also text throughout this ordeal, i never got a single response back...EVER. The only person that could get a response was when my wife text him, which he knew was her from previous interaction. Could be coincidence on that one, but i suspect he prefers to deal with the women.
Terrible way to conduct business and extremely unprofessional.

Made an appointment and they didn't show up - said on another job with no cell service. Made a follow up appointment indicating they would do all my chimneys for the price of one. Emailed last minute that they couldn't make that appointment.

Sent many emails asking when they could do the job with no response.

Unfortunately I had a very poor experience with this company. They showed up to clean my chimney and quickly assessed that they hadn’t brought the right equipment and asked if I was willing to reschedule for the afternoon. I rearranged my work schedule to meet them at the new time and they never showed up or called. Over two weeks I called 6 times and sent multiple messages/emails and never once got a response. So unprofessional! Pathetic customer service. And I my fireplace wasn’t ready to roll for the coldest week of the year so far.

C’mon guys, do better.

The guy Shawn Hagen with Valley Chimney Repair and Cleaning, No showed to our scheduled appointment. I even confirmed an hour before our scheduled appointment because I live a ways from the place and he responded “yes, see you then” and he never showed up at 7am! Who communicates up to the point of the appointment and then no shows. It waisted hours of my morning to drive to meet him and he never came. Unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Shawn and the guys were awesome. We communicated through e-mail and that went perfectly. The gentlemen were professional and courteous. They showed us pictures of the flues and said they didn't need cleaning. We were charged nothing, much to our surprise. I would highly recommend Valley Chimney Repair and be sure to ask about their senior citizen rate.

If I could give zero stars I would. We’ve rescheduled multiple times for a liner that he installed which failed. He ordered a new one because it was still under warranty but now here we are months later, with no liner, and multiple missed appointments where he just didn’t show up, didn’t bother to let us know he wasn’t coming, and a chimney that doesn’t work. We are out over a thousand dollars for the loss of the liner and will likely now need to hire new and buy another liner. Do not use this company if you need work done. He will just not show and then not respond.

Incredibly thorough and informative. Great customer service and always on time. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job yesterday! My wood burning stove is working perfectly. Thank you for cleaning out the ashes so that I could load it up with logs today. No more cold nights! 🙏

After observing dust accumulation and inconsistent heating in our house, we scheduled an HVAC maintenance and furnace cleaning service. Our furnace, ducts, and vents were thoroughly cleaned by the crew, who showed up on schedule. They made use of top-notch tools and cleaned up after themselves. The air quality has significantly improved following the cleaning, and our heating system operates much more effectively now. I value their professionalism and attention to detail. I will most certainly use their services once more!
