Great service. The guy at their office returned my voice mail and we scheduled the cleaning, and I must say that these guys are very very punctual. They were at my front door at the hour and did the cleaning, even without we telling them much. Totally professional; very respectful of their surroundings, as they cleaned every bit of lint / dirt that came out of the vent (which was a lot!) using their big vacuum machine; very friendly too, as they gave away some nice tips on how to maintain the dryer and also ensure that the vents are working as expected, periodically. They even checked the dryers functioning since we thought that the dryer could have been at fault probably. I would highly recommend them! Thanks guys for the excellent service :-)

Had all air ducts cleaned and dryer vent flushed. 2 gentlemen that performed the tasks were respectful and neat. The men vacuumed all residue after each vent was cleaned. On time and neat- overall a great experience.

Lint Bandits is outstanding. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Service was on time. Fred and Jimmy were awesome, cleaned out my 30' long dryer duct professionally, quickly and efficiently, and after they were done working, they left the place nice and clean as well. Very high quality job performances. I highly recommend this business and definitely will use Lint Bandits again in the future.

At first, my dryer struggled to get a full load dry in a single cycle. Then I began to receive the dreaded "d90" error code, indicating a 90% blockage of my dryer vent (!). I shortened the length of the run from the dryer to the vent and attempted to clean any lint out, but had no luck. The vent goes through the roof on my 2-story house and would require multiple ladders and scrambling over a tile roof to reach. I contacted Lint Bandits instead to come out clean out my vent. Two great techs showed up, quickly cleaned the vent out with their specialized drill attachment and a shop vac. Left the laundry room clean and in great shape. Dryer works like a champ now and no more error codes! Highly recommend.

Doug and his colleague cleaned out the dryer vent that is on top of my three story house. They were very knowledgeable and professional, explaining the exact process and issues. They accommodated my narrow time window and price quoted me accurately. I will definitely use them again, if needed.

My clothes dryer is working more efficiently since the dryer vent has been cleaned. The team arrived on time and had the job done in 20 minutes. There was no dust and they even cleared the dust bunnies behind the unit! I’m happy to recommend this company.

This is the second time I've used Lint Busters , it's been over six years since they came out.I knew who to contact right away.They are punctual, and very professional.I highly recommend them to anyone who needs cleaning.

1: bringing dirty vacuum into my home
2: walking through my home with soiled shoes (feral cat poop outside)
3: while removing ceiling vent grates, paint chips flew all over my floor and tops of furniture
4; I'm not sure but after they left I noticed damage to my tv screen
5: the workers came in and out leaving my door open letting flies in my home
6: the hose attached on back of dryer disconnected after they went out side and was blowing and flopping all around. I waited for the guys to return, in the end I had to go outside and look for them
7: as I advised, I suffer with asthma and suffered the night after the services were performed

I reported these issues to lady in the officer with no resolution to my concerns. For this reason, I cannot recommend this companies services nor will l use them again.

Fast and professional service that cleaned out my dryer vents in only 15 minutes. Frank and Jimmy were fast and honored my request to wear booties to protect our hardwood floors. Now, my dryer is working brilliantly again and saving a lot of electricity.

The only nit is that they have to return to do a followup appointment to properly clean the exhaust. The exhaust is on the roof, and they didn't not have the proper ladders to reach so they are returning this Friday to complete the job.

We have been using lint bandits for years to clean our dryer vent. They are the nicest group of people to work with and we feel safe knowing that lint is not building up in our dryer vent that could cause a fire. We first used them 15 years ago when we purchased our home. Thank goodness we did, the dryer vent was blocked due to lint build up and likely had never been cleaned. We were lucky a fire did not start. They were also able to reroute our dryer vent for a more direct run. It’s a great company we highly recommend using them to clean your dryer vent annually.

I got an error message on my dryer that said my duct was clogged and found this company with a Google search. They showed me the amount of lint that they got out and I was happy, seemed worth it. My son said he could smell something when we ran the dryer. I didn't smell anything but today I decided to pull the dryer out enough to verify that the duct from the dryer to the wall was tight. I pulled the dryer out about an inch and heard a clang. After pulling it out more I saw that the part that connects to the wall had a clamp that wasn't tightened and the part that connects to the dryer had no clamp at all. The whole thing had fallen off. I have no way of checking what they did (or didn't do) on the roof.

Suffice it to say I won't be calling them again and recommend that you don't either.

Your people removed the dryer vent hose so they could vacuum the lint so I expect that they should reattach it properly.

I requested DGC to clean my gutters, and they completed the job within 40 minutes. However, I was surprised by the speed, considering it's a two-story home. Unfortunately, within a week, the gutters started leaking again from four different spots even during light rain. I advise caution when considering this company. While they provided a reasonable quote, they didn't perform the necessary work commensurate with the quote. They didn't do even 30% of what I paid for. Ultimately, it turned out to be a waste of money. I have to redo this with another company. I would recommend choosing a different, more honest and reliable company.

This crew did an outstanding job of cleaning out my air ducts and dryer vent. They were courteous and thorough. They also vacuumed the area after cleaning the vent and helped me put in new filters for my air system. Don't hesitate to use this business!

We needed our dryer to be fixed. The dryer had water under. The service persons worked and fixed the dryer. The vent had lint keeping the dryer from getting the dry clothes properly. They fixed the vents on the dryer and clean all the vents in the house. GREAT JOB!!

After calling 3 flaky dryer vent cleaning service companies, I was able to get DGC to get the job done on time and date as promised. They are professional, on time and respectful. Great job! Would use them again and had recommended them already!

I couldn’t be happier with the service! The team was incredibly professional, and their pricing was super reasonable considering the thorough job they did cleaning my vents. They arrived on time and very transparent about the entire process. You won’t believe what the pulled from my dryer vent. A bird nest 😀

Just clarifying the owners comments below. The three return visits were because of inconsistent work performed first time.
We had to call them back to fix their lack to properly cleaning vents the first time. !

For my first dryer the second visit was required and proved it was not done correctly. For the second dryer the vent was not fitted correctly so had to call them back to fix it.

Pleas don’t use this company. We used them twice and each them they did a bad job and left without completing the work thoroughly.

The dryer had error codes after their service. The first time the vents were not cleaned at all. The second time they left the exhaust pipe it properly fitted to the vent.
They caused a malfunction second time around. We asked for a refund and they came up with excuses.

I want to give this company & their AMAZING crew 10/10 🌟! First, I had NO IDEA ‘this was a thing’ until my friend told me about cleaning air ducts & dryer vents! Who knew?! 🤷🏻‍♀️ Second, I’m still learning ‘to adult’ on the daily & I’ve been ‘adulting’ for decades now! 😬🤫 That all said, Jimmy & Fred are OUTSTANDING! 🙌 SO knowledgeable & professional from start to finish! 👏 Doug is also very responsive & was extremely easy to do business with making this entire experience a breeze! 🫶 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lint Bandits! The Lint Bandits were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They had to climb our steep roof to find the dryer vent, which was stuffed full of lint. They did a fantastic job clearing it out. I highly recommend The Lint Bandits DBA DCG.

We contacted DGC Services for Gutter Cleaning services. We received prompt call back and scheduled appointment. Employees were courteous and thorough in removing debris and leaving site in excellent condition. Definitely recommend and would use again.
