My family has been using Charlie Dunn & Sons for decades. We used the son for a fireplace inspection for a house we were buying. I'm so happy we hired him because he found all sorts of issues, which if we hadn't had inspected, probably would've caused a huge fire in our home. Charles came to our home and did a fantastic job of cleaning our fireplace flue and our dryer vent. We had not originally planned to have the dryer vent cleaned until we noticed on his website that he provided that service as well. We are so thankful that we did! Our laundry room is on the second floor of our home and vents out to our roof. We were shocked when we saw how much lint was packed in and around the vent of the dryer!
