Had Lint Bandits aka DGC Services here to clean out my dryer vent because our dryer wasn’t drying properly. The two men were here for 15 minutes and charged me $300 even after finding that the only thing needing attention was the exterior vent filter that they took off and tapped on the concrete. Won’t be using them again. Even though the worker who has been to my house twice now is kind, honest, and hard working, he is only doing his job and clearly can’t adjust the price based on his findings.

Two service men were very prompt and professional. Just know that if it’s 10 minutes or 30 minutes, it’s $300. In my case that would’ve equal $1200 an hour!! My fault in that I should have clarified where my dryer was in the house and how much ducting needed cleaning. It was only about 2 feet. Next time I will be more diligent in how much a service call is
