The Lint Bandits came by last year and pulled half a bucket of blue-gray lint out of our vent! We no longer have to run the dryer multiple times for each load and my towels dry in a reasonable amount of time. Who knew? I'm so glad that we've made this connection with the Lint Bandits and are not at risk of a dryer fire--or wasted energy! They're back at it today for maintenance. They were prompt, easy to communicate with, and effective.

I was about to purchase a new dryer thinking mine wasn’t working efficiently any longer . I was referred to the “LInt Bandits” by an appliance sales store to first clean the dryer vent leading to the outside as this sounded the the problem. The lint bandits came out within a few days and found the venting completely clogged with packed lint which could have also led to a fire . They vacuumed out a shop vac full of packed lint that was causing my dryer not to dry efficiently. They were professional ,responsive and thorough.
Not only did they save me the cost of a new dryer , now that the vents cleaned out my dryer dries fast , the way it used to which will lower my PG&E bills as well. Thank you Lint Bandits !

Great experience from start to finish! Fred was awesome - fully explains the process and did a great job. The first time didn’t fully fix the problem, simply emailed Doug and they were out the next day. 2nd time seem to really unclog it! One hundred percent stood behind their commitment and came back out and ensured the dryer vent was clear... Highly recommend.

I was at a Labcorp having some Blood work done and as I came out DGC Services Employees were on top of the Roof of this building cleaning it, as they were using a high powered blower as they blew off this Roof Pine Cones, Tree Branches, Rocks, Bird Nest, Gravel, Pine Needles and a host of other things that covered my whole car the Pine Cones chipped up my Window and Paint as well as all the other stuff. When I came out from getting my blood work I started screaming and crying and one of the employees came to me to comfort me as others came out to see what happened. The employee said I knew who ever car this was, was going to be upset and I was. I ask the one employee why would you do this instead of waiting until I left then putting cones out to leave that area open for you to blow all that stuff on the ground he said he just wanted to get his job done, by doing your job does not mean you get to destroy my car. I reached out to Doug Chong via phone and email over 20 times, and he won't respond to me he is Very Rude and Hangs the phone up on me when he did talk to me. I ask him for his insurance info and he told me that's none of my business but yet this business wants to carry the standard of a 5 Star business but this is how you treat people. I lost my Brother during this time and was dealing with that along with dealing with my car being destroyed. Yes I have supplied Mr. Chong with an Estimate and he still to this day have not respond to it and he now will not take my calls. My car has a unique color to it and is well taken care of (See My Car). I am not going to go away DCG Service and Mr. Doug Chong until you make this matter Right.

They were punctual and did an awesome job for me. My dryer was taking several attempts to get a load of clothes dry. After the lint removal process, I am very happy to report that my dryer is working efficiently again! Thank you!!

Great experience. I bough an old home where it took 3 hours to dry out the clothes along with a lot of lint and humid air mess around the dryer door. I watched YouTube and bought a recommended tool to clean with my drill and Dyson vacuum cleaner but failed.

Then, I contacted another company first solely based on the review as a rookie homeowner. But that company came in and spent 20 mins to inspect and informed me that they couldn't do it. They said there are too many elbow turns for the my dryer duct so their tools would stuck in the middle. They don't want to take the responsibility. They told me to rent to buy a powerful leaf blower to clean some of the lint out to see if it works. I almost gave it up before calling Lint Bandits.

I almost bought a $200 leaf blower by listening their advice, but my wife asked me to try other companies. Luckily, I did. I browed a dozen of companies on Yelp and ONLY read their one-star review since that's where you can find the worst scenario. Lint Bandits isn't the five-star company but their reply on those one-star review attracted. The owner Dough replied with detailed context to let Yelper like me to see a whole picture. It gave me the confidence they will do a better job based on the consistent pattern of being fair, honest and genuine toward the worst review.

I called and explained my situation. Dough only asked two questions before informing me they can do the work with a fair quote. I kinda suspected if they knew how bad my dryer duct look like since the previous company charged me $50 for inspection as one of them went done to our basement to check the duct. But they showed me what pro is in their domain. They came in to finish up the work within 20 mins. They also helped me to replace my broken dryer vent with a new one for just $10. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the experience. Now, it only takes 30-40 mins to dry out our heavy load clothes or bedsheet. Highly recommended to homes with elbow shape dryer duct.

I called in the morning around 10am, by 11:30 they were at my home cleaning my lint vent. There was no hidden fees, they replaced my dryer hose at no additional cost, vacuumed up all the lint. Just a top notch company. Highly recommend them.

Showed up exactly on time and got right to work. Friendly, efficient, did a great job and reasonable clean up. They cleared out my dryer vent all the way to the outside, disposed of the lint and reduced my dry time by about 10 minutes per load.

They were very responsive and showed up within the hour as I was lucky enough to call at the right time. They were very professional and efficient in their work - they had to clean the dryer duct which was blocked. They got it done in the stated time - about 20 mins. Overall, a job well done.

I moved to a new home and inherited their dryer, it wouldn’t dry things in a regular cycle, I suspected years of build up in the vent. I filled out the online appointment request and they got back to me right away. Had an appointment that worked for me and actually called when they were free to come earlier. Very efficient, and got the job done quickly! Vent did have a lot of build up. Great job!

Excellent outcome of potentially tragic situation. Dryer fire will not happen again. I was lucky enough to catch it before it became out of control. After getting a recommendation from friends, I had the Lint Bandits clean out all duct work and get things working properly once more. Very professional guys. It was fantastic finding them! They will be returning every couple of years. Worth every dime!

Lint Bandits did a thorough cleaning of our dryer vent. Clothes' now dry much faster and we have reduced fire danger due to built up lint in the vent pipe. They were very professional, quick to respond and handled all our pre-engagement questions. Try 'em, I think you'll like 'em too.

Service was on time, pleasant and informative. Freddie the technician was most pleasant. He lives & works locally & is invested in the community! He was COVID sensitive. Everything was replaced back into the proper positions. Lint Bandits’ tools & instruments were state of the art and thorough! I'm going to make a standing regular appointment to maintain the the dryer’s efficiency & prevent any inflammable lint products from combustion. Hats off to the Bandits!

I called Lint Bandits because of their great Yelp reviews and I was happy with their service. Two guys came to my house and checked my dryer vent for any clogs. They also climbed onto my second story roof and cleaned out the vent to ensure there was no clog. They unfortunately didn't find much lint at all but the guys stayed to help me troubleshoot the dryer error codes. They helped with straightening my dryer vent hose that was coming out of the back of the dryer and we ran an airflow test. The dryer still came up with a "D80" airflow error message so we ran the dryer with no vent at all and the message still came up so it's the dryer and not a venting issue.
I appreciate the guys staying to help and troubleshoot the dryer because the issue definitely wasn't a clogged vent or anything like that. I wish the charge wouldn't have been so much because they didn't find hardly any issues here but that's not their fault.

DCG services sloved all my dryer problems. I opted to clean all my vents and I am glad I did. The two gentlemen that came were very nice helpful and professional. The office staff made the process so easy. I highly recommend this company.

The two gentlemen that came to clean the air vents and the dryer vent, were polite.

The vacuum that you supplied to them for cleaning up was dirty and needed to be dumped. After they cleaned each vent inside they took the vent cover and cleaned it with the same brush, I think that process should not of been done in the house. I volunteered to do the cleanup, after seeing the dirty vacuum cleaner. Not a good first impression.

Our Samsung dryer stopped generating hot air. I cleaned lint from the vent hose myself but that didn't help. Called Lint Bandits. Doug mentioned that cleaning the vent should most likely resolve the issue & he was able to schedule it for very next day.

Fred arrived on-time and did a pretty good job of cleaning the vent and replacing the hose (from dryer to wall). Dryer also started generating hot air after the cleaning.

After few days our laundry area started getting hot/humid when dryer was running. I noticed that hose had disconnected from the wall. I tried to mount myself but was unable to. Called Lint Bandits and told Dennis about it. He arranged Fred & Jimmy to stop by next day & they remounted the hose & tightened firmly so now it doesn't come off by pulling it.
