Upon calling them, we quickly got Eli to come to our place and provide an assessment. Absolutely a great guy and very professional too. He is very clean, thorough, professional, and takes the time to explain you everything. I liked that he always answers phone calls unlike many other chimney services. He texts about his ETA before coming to the house too. He made sure our chimneys were all to the code, everything was looking good and did the assessment on the roof too. Since then we have hired him again on emergency during the crazy rain season when our chimney crown broke. He quickly came to help us prevent all the water from going down, ordered parts and came in the near future to install the appropriate fix. Highly recommend going with him!

Eli did such an amazing job. We had strong odor coming in from fireplace chimney due to a dead rodent. Other competitors were not able to detect the issue which was complicated.
