Getting my hvac unit cleaned and all air ducts cleaned is the best thing I have done for my house! The air is so much better to breathe now. I didn’t realize how filthy, dusty, and moldy those ducks and equipment can get! Thank you for a great job!

Our experience with Brookstown Duct Cleaning was great. We had our ducts cleaned and sealed. The sealing was the main purpose of the service. The service technicians were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing in a manner easy to understand. As far as results, our first floor zone had a leakage of almost 30% and thanks to the sealing that was reduced to 3.2%. The second floor was reduced to .7% leakage. Yes, POINT 7% leakage. We are eagerly awaiting the reduction in our utility bills thanks to this improved efficiency. Thank you Brookstown!!!! Highly recommend.

I was hesitant in getting my ducts and vents cleaned, but kept smelling a musty smell, knew my house was old. Grant and Kaylor came as scheduled, cleaned all vents, the furnace, and pointed out mold around one vent, spray disinfection and cleaned. They worked hard, did not rush, spending several hours. showed pictures of vents before cleaning and all the accumulated dust. Highly recommend.

I contacted Brookstown Duct cleaning based on a random Google search and spoke with the owner, Ben, for a while about duct cleaning and sealing. He is a wealth of honest information. His crew completed the planned duct cleaning and sealing of my 20 year old ducts in a very professional and efficient manner. The amount of dust, pet hair and debris removed from my system was shocking. The most impressive part of the process was a partial refund I received when part of my ductwork did not have sufficient leakage to warrant sealing that part of the system. A truly pleasant experience from beginning to end and I can recommend this company without reservations.

Diego and Kahler were about as pleasant, thorough and competent as anyone we have ever do work for us. What they did in 3.5 hours was exceptional and very affordable. We had Brookstown Duct Cleaning come out yesterday to clean our AC ducts. Ben and James came prepared and performed the task as requested. They explained their procedures and kept me well informed of their progress and their findings. Not only did they treat my house with the upmost care they also left no trace that they were there. I highly recommend them for your Duct cleaning needs. It is hard to find reputable businesses out here that won't try to pull a fast one to earn a quick buck.

I highly recommend Brookstown Duct Cleaning. It was very easy to schedule an appointment online. Communication was excellent. The two workers arrived on time and did an excellent job. They were very polite and meticulous. Oved explained the process and showed me the results of their work. The owner of the business stopped by to check on the progress and quality of work, which impressed me. I am very happy with their service and would not hesitate to use them again.
It turned out that I overestimated my square footage and paid a higher rate. I would not have known this, except for the fact that the owner Ben McDonald reached out to me to let me know that I paid too much for the service based on the incorrect square footage and that he was refunding the difference. That to me is the mark of an upstanding business and further that Mr. McDonald is a man of integrity. I am very happy that I chose Brookstown Duct Cleaning.

Nate, Juan, and Michael came to our 2400 sf. house for ductwork cleaning. Michael was the team leader who was very conscious about the work that had to be done. He was patient with his coworkers and was very thorough in making sure that the ductwork cleaning was done properly in a house that was built in 1963. Michael kept me well informed of their findings and progress.

The guys were super friendly and very efficient. They came early and called ahead of time which I really appreciated. They worked really fast and were also really friendly with my dogs. Highly recommend they and their services!

Brookstown started off giving the service 100% but it didn't end that way. The majority of our interior vent covers weren't cleaned, which is listed on the service description. They came back to do those and still missed 3 of them. Something as simple as taking a vacuum to the interior vents wasn't done on so many of them. I also had to request the photos of the job that were promised to us twice before receiving them. Again, the beginning of this project started out so strong, but I still don't feel like we were given a thorough job for what we paid.

Dryer duct cleaning - Theo was on-time, courteous, and professional. He took care to keep rest of house clean by wearing booties when inside and did a thorough cleaning of the dryer vent. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience with Brookstown Duct Cleaning. I called on a Friday and they were there Monday! Mike and Raven were very communicative and explained the process well. The best part was that later I noticed a big glob of hair (have animals) stuck in one of the vents so I reached out and they came back the very next morning and used a camera in all the vents to make sure nothing was stuck and redid the whole process! What a thorough job the techs did cleaning our ductwork and dryer vent system! We are very impressed. They didn’t mind us asking questions, they took care in moving things out of the way and putting them back in the same locations, and they took precautions so our indoor cat remained indoors, too.
