Excellent service overall. we are very pleased with the outcome. Had our air ducts and walls cleaned after moving into a smoker’s home. The owner of this company went out of his way and cleaned our carpet for free. There is barely any smell! I will highly recommend this business to anyone that likes profesional and honest work. Thank you very much for such a great job. Would most definitely use this service again.

I asked in a local facebook group for recommendations on carpet cleaning companies that were reputable and could get pet odors out of carpet. Novasteam was recommended, so I found their website and contacted them about a quote and potentially scheduling a cleaning. Kya responded to my message quickly and professionally, which I really appreciated. Once a cleaning was scheduled, my husband and I needed to reschedule several times—and Kya was flexible and happy to work with us. On the day of the cleaning, Kya and his assistant arrived promptly at the time we asked on, and were friendly as well as efficient and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with them, and would absolutely recommend them! (And, while I hope we don’t have a need for carpet cleaning anytime soon, I will absolutely use them again if the need arises!)

We just had Novasteam at our home again. They shampooed our carpets paying extra attention to dog potty stains and they cleaned our gutters. They returned in better weather to do our windows, inside and out. They are always courteous and professional and they care about doing exactly what you need. The customer service and knowledge behind the work is unbelievable with these guys! Almost every room in our new house was serviced in one way or another, even our air ducts and an outside window! You would never believe we HAD calcium built up so much you couldn't see out of it. The Novasteam Team made our house feel like a home! I was impressed from start to finish. They contacted me quickly to schedule my appointment, the arrived on time, with a text to let me know they were on the way. The were courteous, informative, and polite. The educated me on the process, the expectations, and reminded me of their warranty. I was very impressed. I waited to write the review, because I wanted to give the carpet time to dry (which was quick) and see if I was still impressed, and I was! Not only did they clean my carpet, but also a recliner and made it look like new. I will definitely be using them again. I did my research before scheduling, and I chose them because of the google reviews, I will continue to use them because of the quality of work.
