Our landlord had our ductwork cleaned because our daughter tested high for mold, and we thought the source could be in the vents. I was told there’d be some dust afterwards, but the dust (and possibly mold spores) that came out of the vents the following days was far more than we anticipated.
My husband said his parents had a similar cleaning done elsewhere, a filter was placed in each vent afterwards to catch residual dirt/dust; I don’t understand why this company doesn’t do the same.

Fast, clean, and professional. They were able to fit us in the next day, and called ahead of time to make sure we would be home. They had our dryer vent cleared in less than an hour. Will definitely go through them again.

Scheduled duct clean out and chimney sweep. Workers were on time and efficient. After finishing the service my heat didn’t come back on and Pringles was quick to respond and come back out to diagnose the problem. They replaced the broken coil same day with an HVAC company. I appreciated the prompt handling of the problem and professionalism from the staff. Will recommend them to my friends!

They didn't charge me for one extra vent. Some paper blew off two vents and dust did get blown out . The owner offered to reimburse me for the time it took to vacuum and dust. All in all they did a good job and will use there service again.

They were able to fit me in, even though their schedule was packed. Professional, fast and very thorough cleaning of our dryer vent. They also made sure to call ahead so I had time to keep the dog out of the way.

I spoke with Horse about duct cleaning as we just had a brand new system installed. Horse gave us a 10% veterans discount very nice when a company recognizes that. The ducts had never been cleaned in 23 years they were yucky. 2 young men came April 15th and explained the entire process. They cleaned the ducts extremely well, both of them were extremely respectful and thorough. They found colored pencils, a few little cars, beads from the family that owned the home before us. I made a call to Pringles Power Vac yesterday morning to see if they do duct cleaning. Horse was able to work me in yesterday and saved me money, and system is working much better.

These guys are fantastic! The young man Mr Fox was excellent, he did a superb job cleaning our dryer vent, and he was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I highly recommend!

The crew arrived on time after calling to let us know they were coming. They arived and were very profesdional. They rxplained what they were going to be doing as they set up. The seemed very knowledgeable about duvt systems and went about thir work, finishing in about 2 hours. I have no reservations about recommending them except for one thing: Their truck left a large oil stain, marring our driveway where it was parked. Do I want that again? No thanks.

Prompt, quick, reasonably priced, and professional! Had Pringles come out and clean the vents in my house since it hadn't been done in many years and they were probably full of cat hair. Very polite crew and an efficient cleaning. Will absolutely hire them again and will be recommending them.

UPDATE:
Went and purchased a carpet cleaner from lowes, started cleaning over the area this company charged almost $300 to “clean” and instantly black water appeared. (TWO DAYS AFTER MY $300 SO CALL CLEANING” DISAPPOINTED and will be calling to discuss a resolution. This company is not a cleaning company maybe a steaming company but NOT CLEANING honestly feel ripped off.

Had my upstairs “cleaned” yesterday and requested pet treatment since our dog had two accidents a few days before the scheduled cleaning. Carpet and stair way still smells and all up stairs has a wet muggy smell. We slept downstairs ash night so we could leave all windows open and fans on upstairs and it didn’t help. Very disappointed for what we paid. Thinking of going to buy a carpet cleaners and redoing it myself.
