This was our second time having Kya from Novasteam clean our carpets, and once again he did an excellent job. The entire process, from scheduling to completion, was seamless and communication was clear and professional. Kya not only left our carpets looking great, but also took the time to inspect our vents and provide a fair quote for additional services, which we plan to schedule with him soon. Novasteam is a reliable company, and we will definitely continue using their services in the future.

Fast and easy to schedule, great service. Left out old carpet spotless. He was pretty straight forward in regards to a red Gatorade spill. Totally recommend and would use services again.

Novasteam did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets! I have never had my carpets professionally cleaned before, we always cleaned it ourselves which took hours to do and was always stressful. Novasteam was in and out in less then two hour.My carpets are a little worn but they have not looked this clean an a long time! Thank you Novasteam!

We have had Novasteam come clean our carpets, and upholstery about once a year for the last 5 years. We recently had foster puppies so the carpets were especially bad, and had urine spots. After Novasteam they are looking almost brand new. We are always happy with the outcome and they are kind and professional as well. Highly recommend!

Kya was what you hope for in a service industry - responsive, let us know when he was coming and how long it would take, set expectations, did a great job, left info about additional services, and was professional and kind. An entrepreneurial guy who put in a lot of effort to license a patent for the coating service they offer.

I used Novasteam for carpet cleaning needs in the master suite. The carpet is heavily trafficked with some pretty bad pet stains. They did an exceptional job removing those stains and making my carpet look almost new. Not only does my house not smell like chemicals, they were able to provide information about how their products are made with the environment in mind.
I will be using their services again in the future.

They are the real deal and don’t overcharge you, they almost didn’t let us pay for the extra treatments we needed on the house we’re moving into but we insisted after such a great job! Absolutely Outstanding Service!

NovaSteam did an incredible job on our carpets! I honestly didn’t think some of those stains would come out—between oily shoe marks and the constant traffic from teenagers, the carpet had seen better days. But they brought it back to life! Every single stain was removed, and the whole house smells fresh and looks amazing. Professional, thorough, and efficient. Highly recommend if you want your carpets looking brand new again!

I have used a lot of different companies for carpet cleaning over the years working in property management and am extremely impressed with Novasteam after trying them out. Their communication and notification system is perfect, quality of work was above expectations, and price still came in lower than comparatives. I will be using them on a regular basis moving forward for carpet cleaning needs for sure and can't wait to try them out on their other services. Highly recommend.

Kya was very professional and educated us on understanding the condition of our carpet and area rug. He went above and beyond to identify micro-bacterial spots and recommended a chemical to address the issue to remove the bacteria from the carpet.
