My husband and I highly recommend Ducts On Call Duct Cleaning. They cleaned our Dryer Vent and we were impressed. The workers were hard working, diligent, professional and friendly.

Outstanding! Ducts On Call came out and performed an overall dryer vent cleaning, which included accessing the dryer vent from both the inside and outside. The team (Nick and Mike) were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They were respectful of our home when moving around their equipment and cleaning up after their work was finished. We have had a problem with our dryer vent pest guard getting clogged extremely quickly. Prior to having Ducts On Call, two other providers had cleaned our venting, but were unable to properly diagnose the problem. Nick examined our dryer and suggested ordering a different lint filter which would allow for the appropriate air flow. That same day, he provided us with instructions on how to order the correct replacement part and offered to order it for us. Since receiving the new lint filter, our dryer is working better than it ever has! We look forward to using Ducts On Call for our duct cleaning annually.

We had our Ducts cleaned and the people in this company are really great. Axl and another young man did a really great job cleaning the ducts. Explaining and showing me pictures of how the before and after. They did a wonderful job at our place and I would recommend them.

Ducts on Call sent two techs, Axle and Jordan, to clean our HVAC ducts and vents. They were early (which almost never happens with home services), friendly, and extremely respectful of our home and my time. They walked me through the process and were more than willing to work around my meeting schedule since I work from home. They were thorough and cleaned up any dust or debris before they left. Even the owner stopped by to check on the progress! I would HIGHLY recommend Ducts on Call!

Ducts on Call was fantastic. Not only were they reasonably priced to competitors, they were flexible in adjusting our time when we had something come up.

When Nick did arrive, he came with a female technician which was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated by my wife who was home alone to receive them.

They were in and out under 30 mins and replaced a previously damaged vent for no extra charge. I would HIGHLY recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

We were referred to Nick and Kim by Martine Davis, owner of Indoor Environmental after testing revealed we had mold in various aspects of our home and HVAC system. Martine indicated she only recommends one company in Dane County and that is Ducts in Call due to the very high quality standards Nick and Kim have in place which leads to positive test results when Martine re-tests a home. Nick and Kim were highly professional, on-time and even showed before and after photos of their work. Due to their reputation we had them review the HVAC system at our business and after review Nick said we did not need their services due to the cleanliness of the maintanace by our regular HVAC contractor. A high level of ethics and service, highly recommended.

Just had Nick, Kim and crew clean 16 dryer vents at our condo complex. They did a fantastic job for us ... courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Will definitely continue to use them to keep our buildings clean and safe.

Eddie was very professional and honest about our chimney inspection in that he did not push a service that was not needed. He gave us an honest assessment of our options and did not push us to make a decision without taking time to assess our own financial considerations.

Eddie was very up front with the cost of things to build our fireplace back. His crew got us on the schedule right away got us up and running. He takes pride in his work. I definitely will use Them again for chimney repair or fireplace repair.

The owner showed up on time, did an inspection and cleaning, and quoted a very fair price for rebuilding the upper part of the chimney and completing necessary tuckpointing. The workers showed up on time, were responsive to questions and very helpful, and completed the job in a timely and professional manner. I was totally pleased with the quality of the work and price of the job.

Eddie was very responsive to my initial inquiry, kept in touch throughout the process, and followed up when the job was done. The guys had the job done in a jiffy, and then explained everything they had done. I thought the cost was very reasonable. Would hire them again.

We recently purchased a condo where the gas fireplace had not been used for seven years. Chimney and Fireplace Works inspected both the chimney and the gas fireplace insert and lit the pilot light to verify that the fireplace was working properly.
The inspector explained the use of the fireplace controls and how to re-light the pilot light if necessary.

This was exactly the type of service that we wanted at a reasonable price. We called several other companies but they would inspect the chimney only; not the fireplace unless they installed it. We also appreciated that there was no attempt to upsell us to a new fireplace. Thanks Chimney and Fireplace Works!

Eddie came on time, was very kind, professional, and didn’t sell us a service we didn’t need. We had a chimney sweep scheduled but after inspection he said our chimney was too clean to justify the service and just charged us for the inspection. We will definitely be calling him again for any future services.

Eddie, the owner, performed two service calls. I called 5 other fire place companies that said either they were too busy or since they did not install it they refused to work on the units.

Honest, old fashioned service like it used to be!

Highly recommend and have his number saved in my phone for anytime I have a fireplace related issue!

To top it all off, he is honest and straight with what needs to be done. He does not sell you or try to sell you more than what you really need.

I’m very happy with the service I’ve had from Eddie and his team for the past 3 years. This year they replaced the stovepipe that they had previously installed and have had a much better draft for the wood burning stove.
